Toucan Tools sets a very high standard for tool retailers. My order was processed immediately and delivered the next day, which is exceptional. The DeWALT FLEXVOLT battery received was 100% genuine, from a recent production batch, correctly marked, and exactly as described.

Clear communication, fast dispatch, and complete transparency — this is how professional tool suppliers should operate. I would not hesitate to order from Toucan Tools again and can confidently recommend them to both professionals and demanding users.

Ordered a Leica Disto laser measure… Although it took longer than expected for my order to arrive due to issues with the courier, the guys at Toucan Tools were great. They went the extra mile to track down my order, took the time to call me to keep me regularly updated and ensure that it was delivered as soon as possible.
Also, the price of the item was the best value on the internet by far.
Many online sellers feel their job is done once the money leaves the purchaser’s account. These guys take customer service seriously.

contacted Toucan to arrange a repiar on my Metabo hammer drill: took it round, they took it into the back & brought it back 10 minutes later - fixed on the spot. Can;t get better than this - 5*

Contacted the store in Leytonstone with an enquiry about some Festool products and was handed over to Matt . We had a brief discussion about what I wanted and he did exactly what I requested. Plain and simple, no faff and it was a better experience then trawling the net the price was good enough for me to make the purchase and they just set the stuff aside . Walked in , payed walked out . Cant fault these guys! Ordered some overhead door closers for a renovation job....way cheaper than anyone else and delivery was unbelievably quick too.
Have used in the past and will definatley be using again in the future.

Went to Toucan Hire Norwich for new disk as i xould not get the old one off. The friendly mecanic spent at least half an hour undoing the jammed collet and then fitted new cutting disk.

The bill…..£3.00 in total! Amazing service

After purchasing a Dewalt plunge saw from Toucan Tools I promptly received my order. I phoned them up with a query regarding the use and setting up of the saw but was informed that the Tech guy I needed to speak to was on his lunch. They told me that they would get him to return my call when he gets back. Sure enough just 10 minutes later I get a phone call back. The Tech guy explained everything I needed to know and assured me that if I had any other queries to just phone back. I never write reviews but I was so impressed with the service I received from Toucan Tools that I just wanted to let others know what a pleasure it was dealing with them. I can honestly say I will not hesitate to use this company again. Outstanding service.

Ordered a Souber DBB lock mortiser. The price was very competitive.

Ordered late afternoon on Tuesday afternoon. It was delivered to site 48 hours later (free delivery).

Toucan messed up an order about 17(?) years ago. I had ordered about £400 of Festool abrasives in store for delivery. I was left with both the correct abrasives and some for machines that I didn't even own at the time.

My recent experience was positive and I will consider them again.

The saw I got was very stiff on the slide rails. It also seemed to have a warped base. The box looked properly sealed so not something Toucan could of done.
I cannot fault the customer service I got as a new saw was sent and the original collected the next day. All emails were answered straight away.
As soon as I contacted them with the issue the immediate response was a new one would be sent out.

Cannot recommend highly enough. purchased Festool Track saw and Table saw both delivered quickly and the after sales support was excellent.
