Poor payment experience – no response to my issue
I bought a necklace at the store in Spain and paid €25 by card. The cashier told me the payment didn’t go through and asked me to pay again. I trusted her and made the second payment. Later, I saw on my bank statement that I was charged twice (€25 + €25) by "TOTWOSHOPS." I only took one necklace and clearly overpaid. I’ve tried reaching out for a refund, but no one is responding. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I just want my €25 back.
