Looks like I am not alone- took my money and only sent a partial order- they pocketed more than £120!!! No reply to calls or emails- I am going after them through trading standards and my credit card company, they should be shut down- BEWARE!!!!!
Avoid, what they are doing is nothing short of stealing
Think all the good reviews were written by the company. As lots of others have said bought item money taken immediately, had conformation of my order then that was it, items never sent emails ignored they don't answer any of the phone numbers, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!
If you have been convinced by the good reviews take my advice, spend a few minutes to trying to ring there contact numbers, that will tell you everything

After some searching on the internet I managed to find something that I just didn't think I could source any longer with TOTAL horse.
I called up to check it was 100% in stock which it was and happily placed the order.
The Breeches arrived within 2 days and since I had only placed the order at 4ish I through that was very good.
I received both facebook and email confirmations plus courier text messages which was hugely uself.
I would certainly buy from here again.

Don't bother trying to buy from TotalHorse. Find a more reputable company.
Ordered garlic granules on 19 February 2017. Money was removed from my account on this day.
On 21 February 2017 I received an email from Totalhorse to say they were unavailable and would I accept an alternative brand. I responded on the same day saying I would be happy to have any alternative.
Having heard nothing further I emailed again on 28 February 2017 to find out what was happening.. Still no response.
I have been able to recover my money via the credit card company.
Find another company to buy your products as I found this whole experience very disappointing and a waste of my time.

These guys are brilliant!
I phoned through an order for Dublin River Boots having been let down by another company. The staff immediately checked availability, confirmed they had stock and dispatched immediately for next day delivery. Boots arrived exactly when expected. Will definitely be ordering from Total Horse again!
Really helpful with products
I was after a pair of Toggi boots and couldn't find the sizes anywhere online as to indicate the height of the boot.
I have large feet but quite large calves too so needed to be sure that was I was buying would at least fit as closely as possible.
When I called up they could not have been more helpful, they offered to call the manufacturer for me, which they proceeded to do and found out the exact height etc of the boot for me which was super helpful.
The boots themselves which arrived the next day are superb, delivered in an outer box that protected the products box and the courier sent me a text message indicating roughly what time they would arrive which turned out to be spot on.

Dreadful service. I ordered 6 saddle blankets on 31st October order number 5176, it was supposed to be 1 week delivery, I have received nothing, have emailed several times with no response at all.

Went beyond
I have ordered a few times from here and they always seem to want to go above and beyond. I received a text and an email with an hours delivery window which was superb as I didn't have to stay in all day.
I was competing over the weekend and needed my purchase quickly and had been really let down by a local retailer but these guys really helped and shipped the item next day for me.

Lost order, refusal to reply to emails or agree to refund
I can not rate a Total horse zero stars but I would if I could. £250 was taken from my account weeks ago. I was advised of a delivery date and stayed in to receive the order. It never arrived. Customer services have only replied once to my numerous email and Face Book requests saying the order had been dispatched. Clearly it never arrived and now they will not address refunding my money. Terrible terrible service.
Unacceptable poor service
I placed an order over a week ago which states the company will email once the item has been sent. The money has been taken but no item dispatched yet. I have emailed 3 times stating I would like to know when my item will be dispatched. Looks like I will have to go through the credit card company as they are not replying.
