We have used them before and this time had Bifold doors fitted to our existing conservatory, 2 x doors and an opening window to our new garage.
There were a couple of issues that when raised were immediately rectified. Installers were clean, tidy and efficient. rarely does everything in life go to plan, but you find out the true worth of a Company/individual when issues arise and Total Glaze acted immediately to solve the problem.

A wonderful experience again! We had four doible glazed windows in anthracite colour installed in our house. Not only do they look stunning they are of a very high quality and were fitted very well with seemless trims inside. We were also impressed with the installers who were hard working efficient and tidy. The salesman and surveyor were both pleasant and skilled, offering a great solution to an awkward shaped window.

A great experience and nothing seemed to be to much trouble from the first visit of the sales person to the last visit of the snagging person.

We needed to have both our windows replaced and the facias and guttering. My daughter had used Totalglaze to do that job on her house. She was extremely pleased with the service she received. They had an issue with the front door they fitted and Totalglaze solved it by replacing deciding I would use the company. My daughters next door neighbours having seen the windows they put in also used Totalglaze for their windows. He sister-in-law also used Totalglaze as a result of seeing the work done at my daughters.
From the first contact with Totalglaze the service communication has been excellent. We went to the showroom to look at the style of window we needed. To preserve the look of the house at the front we decided on white UPVC Sash windows. The fact you can tilt them to clean the glass and no painting was required was a big deciding factor.
The salesman who came to measure up for the quote was on time and happy to address my concerns. It is an old Victorian house with a high roof and porch at the rear in poor condition.
With the guttering and facias they were ready to start the job much quicker than I had expected. Scaffold was put up at the back to cope with an extension. The first date set was delayed as ironically it rained that day. When they looked at the front they realised the gutter was higher than the towers they had. It needed scaffold put up, but that was done without delaying the job. They made a nice job on both the facias and guttering. The scaffold at the front stayed up a few days allowing me to paint the upstairs stone window sills.
The windows we had the surveyor come around to measure up. He was very thorough and explained what they would do with the bay windows at the front. It is a big old house needing 2 doors and 16 windows. The front was to be sash windows and the rear were standard ones made to look like sash. The two upstairs rear windows though had to be sash windows to meet building regulations. It meant a small increase in cost, but on a big job it is to be expected.
The windows were ready much quicker than expected. A date was set to fit them, but that was delayed a week as one of the fitters was ill. The pair of fitters that did fit the windows were excellent. They told us what jobs they were going to do each day and worked away causing little inconvenience. One problem occurred when doing the porch. The one window glass had been made the wrong size. They had a new one made and it did not delay the completion of the job.
After the job was compete they cleared away all the debris and cleaned the windows. We went from being the most run down house in the street to being one of the neatest. I am very pleased with the results. Totalglaze did phone to make sure we were pleased with the job and have sent the insurance backed guarantee. A nice surprise was a bouquet of flowers to say thank you from Totalglaze. I would certainly use them again.

Had 7 windows and a front door fitted and everything went fine. I would definitely use total glaze in the future
Excellent quality and very good reliable service

Fantastic. Fitters were polite and curious. After fitting we had some snags to sort and nothing was too big or too small an issue. Came back a few times and it was never any trouble. Didn't even mention confirming payment (releasing from finance company) until we were 100% happy.

The whole process was great except for the actual sizing of the finishings. The fitting was brilliant as was the two guys who performed it. The house was left spotless and I can't fault them. However, due to incorrect measurements and an apparent miss information, the guys had to come twice more to finish.

Excellent customer service with no pushy salesmen and fake prices that get knocked down...truthful competitive one price.
