Tom at Total Bathrooms was a pleasure to deal with he was knowledgeable and friendly and really helpful when things were delivered damaged, arranging for replacements quickly and without hassle. I would absolutely recommend total bathrooms and Tom.

We’ve recently had a new cloakroom fitted. The service we received from both Michelle and Jodie at Total Bathrooms - regarding both design suggestions and sourcing materials - was friendly and professional. The fitter (Chris) worked hard to overcome some structural problems - we are delighted with the excellent result

I think I am now on my 5th bathroom with Total Bathrooms - long time customer.

We did the last 2 bathrooms when extending our house in 2019. 6 years later, one of the basin taps started to seize up, becoming stiff to use. I looked at changing the ceramic cartridge but it wasn't one I could find anywhere.

Cue Total Bathrooms who were very quick to help and actually suggested *they* contact the manufacturer in case it was under warranty - it was. 4 days later I was able to collect.

Fantastic service. I point everyone to TB and little things like this remind me why!

Total is not Total! Total simply supply products which can be sourced more cheaply elsewhere. However, the service from Eddie was very good and supply issues were dealt with professionally and speedily.

However, the company recommended to provide the installation were very poor. Aqua Bathrooms were recommended by Total Bathrooms of Bath. Aqua in turn subcontracted the installation of the bathroom to TM Bathrooms of Weston Super Mare. TM in turn used a range of subcontactors.
The shower tray was not protected such that the end result is poor and damaged. The plastering is so poor that had to be remediated by a professional. The installer came through the ceiling whilst installing cables. The plumber left leaks causing untold mess and damage. The electrician left the site with the whole house electrics tripping out and had to be remediated.
Aqua came out once during installation and added little value.

Total called me thinking the job had been completed asking for a 5 star review.

We have renovated three bathrooms and a cloakroom over the past couple of months. We are absolutely delighted with the results. The advice and support we have received from Total Bathrooms and from Tom in particular has been outstanding. Inevitably, the process was iterative, with changes to plans along the way. These changes were handled with positivity, flexibility and continuous assistance and guidance. Tom has been brilliant throughout and his guidance and support has been really appreciated.

Great experience. Despite us turning up without an appointment, we were warmly welcomed and attended to very promptly. The advice we got from Rob was fantastic and his post visit communications were great.

We have undertaken a large renovation project over the past 3 years, part of which involved installing three very different bathrooms. From the very outset of the project, Tom's experience has been invaluable in planning each bathroom, and keeping the supply of all the fixtures and fittings within our budget. Tom has been incredibly patient with us from the beginning of this project up to what is almost the end. I cannot recommend Tom and the team enough for their expertise and exceptional customer service. Thank you!

I’ve been using Total Bathrooms for 20 years. Always very efficient and always very helpful. Will go the extra mile to help you with spare parts etc. Tom is very patient indeed and gives lots of good practical advice too

Have visited and bought from Total Bathrooms many times and the staff are exceptionally helpful. At my last visit Tom Northway was amazing and kept me in formed at all points from purchase to delivery

We thought going to a place like this would be worth the extra money (compared to sourcing individual items from various suppliers) as it would take the worry out of choosing the right/compatible products.

Didn't work out like that.

Update: Total Bathrooms have apologised and tried their best to resolve any issues we had since this review which is appreciated. It's fair to say we had some pretty bad luck with this project and, had that not been the case, the avoidable issues may have seemed smaller? Some of the issues were with the fitter from Aqua Bathrooms - however, this company were recommended by Total who I hope may rethink this, or at least seek some assurances from Aqua that they address their standard of service?

Excellent experience , Survey done Michelle , went to view designs in showroom , sales assistant Michelle went above and beyond to show us all the different products . Contacted fitters to arrange quotation for fitting which was all arranged . All went smoothly , would happily recommend .

The team tailored their bathroom solution to fit exactly what I needed, finding lots of savings on the way. Excellent, efficient and responsive. Definitely first port of call next time!

Absolutely amazing experience dealing with Lee and his team at Total Bathrooms. We had to choose 3 bathrooms and Lee made the whole experience so enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, patient and supported us through the whole experience. This isn’t our first time with total bathrooms, there products are such great quality and priced competitively, we wouldn’t go anywhere else, great value , excellent customer service what more could you ask.

I've always received constructive help, advice, guidance and outstanding customer service from the Total Bathrooms team! I keep returning!!
