Sent cheaper items, no email replies until i posted on facebook
I ordered 150 euros worth of items and paid a whopping 75 euros for shipping yet i was sent the wrong items and damaged jars of jams and biscuits and a jar of rhodendron honey expiring next month!
I purchased 2 jars of Pariani 100% Sicilian peeled and roasted pistachio cream and i received 3 jars of 50% Sicilian pistachio cream with 50% sugar and additive. Why would the merchant send me 3 cheaper jars of 50% which nobody wants when i ordered 2 more expensive jars of 100% pure which rather not sell.
The 4 boxes of "Lady's Kisses" biscuits i ordered were placed at the corner of the box instead of using sufficient packaging. The fragile plastic biscuit boxes were used to cushion the impact of my honeys and jams. I ended up with one lemon jam with a dented edge and crumbs all over the box because most of the cookies were broken.
Several e-mails later, the company has chose to ignore me to bury their petty crime. When i messaged the live chat agent, they said they would send me a mail. Nothing for a whole week until i posted a negative review on facebook.
The angry sales manager was extremely rude and not worth talking to. Since there is no one else who is an honest and responsible adult in the company to respond to a customer, i will take this as a very bitter lesson.
Never buying from this company again and be careful when you are trying out new companies or even old companies online. Most are going bust becauses of almost three years of travel ban or restrictions.
The lies need to stop.
