I have 3 JDM vehicles all purchased through Torque GT.
I have 2 of these serviced by them each year, the service I receive from Torque GT each time is second to none. All the Torque team are very professional and their knowledge and honesty goes far beyond many others.
I have now had both cars detailed and Titan coated by Torque GT and can honestly say what a great job Alex has done on each one. He is very particular and ensures that the work carried out is to the highest standard, only allowing the car to handed back when he is absolutly happy with his work, a real perfectionist.
The Torque guys/girls, from the reception girls, mechanics, parts and car sales will always go that one step further to help you out and ensure you get a first class service.

Sadly my husband had another wall attack our vehicle but Torque did a wonderful job & once again we give them full marks for professionalism, expertise, reasonable prices & staff with lovely attitudes. Fingers crossed that we won’t see them again!

Firstly, I have never written a review EVER. But given how impressed I was left by this garage - I couldn’t not. Used Torque GT as I had an issue with my Honda Civic Type R. I cannot recommend them enough. Their customer service was the best I’ve experienced (I’ve been dealing with cars for 20+ years) and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back here again in the future should I need to.

Urgently needed a set of coilovers and torque GT had the most competitive price. Placed the order and was shortly informed that the item was on order and would be delivered in an estimated 4 weeks time... Drats! After exploring options the decision was made to cancel my order.

I thought that would be the end of my experience with torque GT, However. The next day i recieved a phone call from a member of their team stating that he had spoken to Tein UK who had 1 set left in there wherehouse. I jumped at the opportunity placed another order and then the next working day my coilovers arrived! I was blown away that the team went above and beyond to fulfill my order.

Best dealer for Japanese cars, friendly staff and a real petrolhead’s garage, would highly recommend, some of the coolest cars in stock all the time.

I purchased an item which had a lead time of 3 months. Matt emailed advising this asking if that was ok. I needed it much sooner so Matt sourced one direct from Japan. However my car got written off. I reluctantly emailed Matt again feeling awful that I was messing him around asking if I could cancel. He replied straight away, no issues with it and refunded the money. Matt is the best guy I have dealt with in any of these car part companies. Top bloke and top service !

I bought my R32 GTR from Torque GT and all the staff I met while there were helpful and friendly (including Noodles the dog) particularly Morgan who handled the sale from the start. He was professional, helpful and always responded to questions promptly. Having seen the really high quality of the cars they've imported up-close and those they have in-stock for sale I can highly recommend them and would have no doubts about sending my car back there to have work done in their workshop.

Purchased a part which needed to be ordered directly from the manufacturer in Japan. Matt got in touch to let me know this and asked if the lead time would be acceptable.
Great service and communication.
Part arrived just a little before expected and I’m a happy bunny.
Just to top it all off, the part even came with a mini pack of Haribo! Epic day!

Purchased a lovely Accord CW2 Type S wagon a few years ago which was a great reliable daily for two years. I almost purchased a Levorg STI in 2025 but sadly the car wasn’t for me. The guys and girls are all very knowledgable and accommodating and I wouldn’t hesitate in purchasing again

Great service. Torque did a wonderful job repairing my car, and were very helpful, responsive and reasonably priced. My car had various repairs, service & MOT and I am happy with the work done, and all the help from Sally & the team. I am glad to have found this garage and would return again. Recommended.

I have bought a set of wheels. They were reactive, nice, helpful and professional. The package was sent to France on time. Althought, there was a mistake in sending one accessory for mounting. They proceed to a refund. Thank you.

My experience was absolutely great.
I’m from Germany and they where super kind to help me out. They told me everything I needed to know and even more. I am amazed by the motivation and kindness of the support Team. They are replying very quick and seem pretty professional.

Ordered parts for imported honda S660, all correct, on time at a reasonable place, what more can you ask for? Oh yes a sweet in the box, but only one, needed a few to get me through fitting.

Car has been to Danny in the body shop to 'tidy up' the bumpers twice now. Invisible blow in both times. Great service and results, at a very reasonable price. Sally on the desk is extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I imagine I'll be back again, hopefully not too soon!

Both Andy (workshop manager) and Ryan (skilled mechanic) both assisted me with my Toyota Vellfire.
Exceptional knowledge, exceptional customer service, and only did work required. They advised me not to do additional work that I requested as it really wasn't required. Have you ever known a more honest garage? Its 5 stars from me!

I've imported two cars through Torque GT—one in 2019 and another in 2024—and also sold a car with them. Each time, the experience was outstanding. The high standard set in 2019 was matched again in 2024. Darren was incredibly patient, working through my long list of criteria and keeping me updated with sound advice during the sourcing process. When he was away, Caitlin stepped in and was just as helpful. Once the car arrived in the UK, they also recommended useful extras, clearly explaining their value.

If you're after a JDM car, I highly recommend Torque GT—their customer service and buying confidence far exceeded what I experienced with a local importer before 2019.

recently bought parts off them for my skyline, parts arrived very quickly, was an issue with the wrong brake pads sent, but the parts manager was very helpful and the right ones were on there way that same day, brilliant service cant recommend enough
