I had not used this company before but it was highly recommended to me. Ally Phillips was my account manager. Professional,knowledgeable and 'hand held me' through the whole process which made it so easy for me but her friendly attitude meant I felt I could ask any questions. I researched various companies and chose TorFX for the transaction. My transaction manager was Ally Phillips who was excellent throughout the whole process.
Ally was very friendly at all times, even correcting some of my mistakes. Her advice was spot on, even when the recipient changed their minds about the transfer arrangements.
All in all a very satisfactory process from start to finish.
Ally was an absolute joy to work with and a credit to the company.

I used TorFX to move the money I got from cashing out my retirement funds when I stopped working and moved back to my country of origin. We would definitely recommend TorFX. They provided a simple, reliable and safe service for a large transfer for a property purchase, with great customer service and support from Ally, who is extremely helpful. Their rates are much better than using the banks, and they provide a secure and transparent service for large transfers with a dedicated person to speak to in case anything goes wrong (which it didn't in our case).

I had occasion to use the TorFX platform again for a foreign exchange conversion after 1.5 years. The platform is easy to use, and the exchange rates are very competitive. I also appreciate the swift response of my account manager Chris Clemens to my queries.

I have used TorFX for now almost 3 years I find them very helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble when questions arise this kind of service today is very hard to find. To add to this TorFX has a very user friendly website for seeing your balance and exchange rates as well as transfer functions giving confirmation emails and notices when new monies come in. All in all excellent reliable service highly recommended.
