My experience was very very negative. I bought through Instagram the NASA Ma-1 Bomber Jacket - XL / Blue / NASA Ma-1 Bomber Jacket size XL. I live in Canada and all my jackets are XL. When it arrived a few days ago the jacket I got was very small. I would argue that the size they sent me is our medium in North America. I sent an email on the same day explaing that my jacket was too small and that the NASA patch is twisted. I got a reply from an attendant, pretty much saying that in order to exchange my jacket, I have to return the item to the address of the country you reside in. (CANADA). The problem is that because of the dimensions of the package, the cheapest Canada Post would cost me 20.00 (almost the price of the jacket)!! They also said in their contact "Please send us an e-mail with the tracking number once it's shipped back, as we will require this in order to process the exchange. We cannot issue an exchange without a return tracking number or a photo/screenshot of your receipt from the post office."

I am very disappointed. This is not how we do serious business in North America!

It seems to me that they do this expecting most clients will get frustrated and just give up their complaint!

An easy way to make money.

When you are buying their product they do not mention you are buying in China! My package came from China. They just have an address in Mississauga.

I ordered a jacket(xxl) It arrived and it would fit a child. I’m not a child and am stuck with an extremely small jacket. This sucks!!!

HORRIBLE! This is the worst website ever! This is the biggest scam of a website ever. NOT only did I never receive my refund but I do not even have my item anymore. SCAM!!!!! It has been weeks and I’m still fighting to get my refund and I doubt I am ever going to. This website is complete bs and DO NOT ever purchase anything from them. They are absolutely trash and only want your money. Worst ever and I have already contacted Better Business Bureau

Scammerssss!!! Never received item nor a refund it’s just a blag.. false promises, ordered item 4 months ago.. if it sounds too good to be true it usually is never again

I wish I had found this site before ordering. The sizing on the item I ordered was way off, definitely not designed for the US demographic. Imagine my surprise when I went to find out how to return it and discovered that I have to send it to Canada and pay international shipping. This information is not front and center when ordering, so I would say that this company is committing fraud. I am reporting them to the Attorney General in my state so that they cannot dupe other Minnesotans.

Another joke of an online clothing company. Terrible quality. Terrible customer service. "Saving" a few dollars is not worth it when ordering from a place like this.

The worst. I returned an item that did not fit and was of poor quality. I was sent an email saying I would receive a refund. Never got it and am now getting a run around. No one should purchase anything from this company.

The WORST.:..ordered a long sweat shirt. Took 6 weeks to get to me...very poor quality. Sent email after email to inquire about return and refund. Finally found an address to send it back. Only problem was the address was in Canada, I am in the US. Would have cost $15 to ship plus would have to deal with customs. Very very unhappy!!!!

Still waiting for order a month out. Do not buy from this place........... I am still fighting to get my money back. They keep writing and telling me the items are on the way and send me some bogus shipping number. I will smear bad reviews all over the internet if I do not get my refund. I will also file a dispute with paypal.

Ordered a 3x bomber jacket recived a extra small jacket only took 2 months to arrive and they are just reselling things off the geek app for more money. You can look up any thing they have even the pics on the geek app. They haven't replied to my emails in over a Month and won't let me return came with No return lable.

Purchased a sweatshirt from them and never received it. They took the money out of my account. It has now been 2 weeks no merchandise. Can't reach them, and no response to my inquiries on there website. Worst company ever to deal with.

I order a matching tshirt set for my husband and I. When I received them, they ran small. The women's size still fit me, fairly snug though. The men's size did not suite my husband.
When I emailed the company to ask for an exchange, I received an automated prompt message in return saying that it would take 1-2 business days before I heard from them.
It has been over a month! I have emailed 4 times and received NO response!
I hope you order exactly what you want, because if you don't, you will not be able to exchange or get a refund! The only means of communicating is via email.

You can get in touch with them at all. They promis to sent the package after 5-10 days they was sending mine after 3 weeks. Got the 1 out 2 dresses Yesterday and it' 2 size bigger than i ordre.
The shop is registret in US, But the clothes wil be sent from CN.
I lost my Money on this and they simply don't Care about their customers. They just earn Money.
DON'T BY ANYTHING FROM THEM....!!!
