Delivery took almost 2 (!) weeks. No customer support to answer my delivery questions.
On 31 of July I ordered a helmet, and confirmation mail (from the the payment arranger, not TopSnowShop) was sent to me, Unfortunately, the mail had no details, like about size ordered. Only the payment itself and the name of the article was confirmed. I had to contact TopSnowShop support in order to confirm the size, which was swift.
However, this was the first and unfortunately last time they responded.
At the homepage of TopSnowShop they emphasize 1-2 working days for delivery. A week after my order I started to ask customer support about what happend and when I could expect delivery. They did not respond at all any more. Definitely not OK!!!!
The helmet was delivered on August 12, allmost 2 weeks after ordering.
Having said the above, it implies definite improvement possibilities for TopSnowShop regarding their customer support as well as their written (automated) order confirmations!
