I’m hoping someone on here can help , I’ve had an order delivered and an item was missing I’ve sent three emails with no response and I’ve called and the numbers says due to the current situation this number is closed can someone help as this is very unfair the money has been taken from my account and I haven’t got one off the items which was for a birthday which is on Thursday

I'm writing a review as after I ordered a product, I saw a few very bad reviews. My experience with Topshop Europe was fine. Product arrived in very good condition, well packaged, matching the description. Delivery not fast but okay.
Not easy to reach, that's why I give only 3 stars.
Poorly run operation
Ordered pants in Early October of last year. Had to email them a month later and the pants shipped. They did reimburse shipping. I had no number to call and emails seemed computer generated. Finally received a package with the incorrect item. Shipped it back and still have yet to be reimbursed and it is late January. Unless you really want to risk throwing money away and dealing with zero human customer service, Do NOT waste your time or money wit topshop.
Dreadful
Dreadful. Have emailed and phoned Customer Services numerous times requesting a refund for trousers I returned. It can’t be called Customer Services as it’s non existent! I’ve reported them to the Financial Ombudsman but don’t know whether that will help. It’s a shame as I’ve always been happy and confident buying from Topshop in the past. First, I understand that Topshop employees have to work under difficult conditions these days and everything goes more slowly because of that, but the way they handled my order is a pure dilettantism.
I ordered from topshop.com on 25/12/20. Seven days later my package was still not dispatched. On 4/1/21 Topshop CS finally confirmed the dispatching and offered a postage costs discount. Fair enough. On 14th of January Topshop just canceled my order even though the item I ordered was still on stock. So, after 22 days of waiting i don`t have the item i bought and have to wait for another week for the refund. Besides that, I emailed Topshop CS service 3 times past week and never got an answer. I need to say that it was an international delivery and those takes longer to deliver, but not more than 6 working days.

Still waiting for refund
As other reviews have stated, am still waiting a refund for a return I sent back in Dec. They do not reply to any emails, nor am I able to get hold of anyone on the phone. I’m actually shocked at this awful customer service given I’ve never had an issue with Topshop before. I will continue to chase and hope that one day I get my refund back
Unable to return the items
I went to the topshop in London just before Christmas. The fitting rooms were closed but the shop assistant assured me that i will be able to return all the items that wont fit me. Then my area went into tier 4 lockdown so i contacted the customer help asking what should i do with all those clothes right now when the physical stores are closed and it looks like they will be closed for a while. I got the reply that only orders made online can be returned without any problems and everything bought in the stores has to be returned by 31.01 to the physical store. And as all the stores are closed till mid February i will just loose my money and be left with bunch of items that don't fit me.
I use to buy a lot of stuff over there but after this experience I tell everyone not to shop in topshop anymore. How come online orders can be returned and the ones from the store cant??? It is not my fault that stores closed so they should give one week after everything opens up to return the items!!!

Sent two pairs of jeans back near a month ago, only received a refund of £40. The whole refund was suppose to be £84, every time I contact them they say it can take up to 28 days which it is now coming up to. They are saying they refund the items individually, which is not true as it was order number I sent back. Why would they not send me all the money back? Since they have gone bust they are trying to do everything they can to keep peoples money, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY ARE FRAUDS
REFUSING TO REFUND OR ACCEPT RETURNS
I ordered some clothes from Topshop in November (2 months ago) and they didn't arrive for weeks. Now I need to return some of them and when I reach out to customer service they send me the same robotic response about using the returns slip included in the package (there was no returns slip included) or returning in store (all the stores are closed). I can't login to my account for some reason, and whenever I try to reset the password it doesn't actually send me an email link.
My theory is that since Topshop has gone into administration they're blocking all refunds so as to keep money in the business. I'm going to file a complaint with the Retail Ombudsman today, I would suggest anyone in the same situation does as well
The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. I returned items on 7th December and they are saying they have not received them and to wait 5 days. They don't respond to email and have no complaints phone line.
I will never use topshop again!!!!!

Topshop use Hermes who are a terrible courier - the worse I’ve ever encountered. My address is so clearly marked and there are two houses on the street. The photo of where the driver left it is not at my home nor at my neighbours. A nightmare trying to get in touch with Hermes! The drivers must know this. Why send me updates of a package being on its way and then not even get the road right?
Let’s face it, there must be some drivers and those packaging good for retailers who are pocketing items and selling them on? My package was worth more than the drivers day rate. Makes you wonder. I ordered from M&S a while ago and only half the goods were in the package. They also had a terrible customer service department.
So far it’s only Amazon who seem to be delivering well. The high street retailers have on both occasions under the pandemic taken my money and not delivered my items.

Update: I finally received my refund after a month.
I made a return on Dec 6th, but still waiting for my refund. Every time I reach out to customer service for an update, I receive the same robotic response about the return policy as if the fact that I returned it a month isn’t enough. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Some customers aren’t even receiving their orders and their customer is no help. They deserve no stars.
Topshop need to take a leaf out of other online shopping companies
I was treated so bad, I ordered a jacket size 14 was sent size 6 trousers, couldn’t get any help from them, so I contacted PayPal and they got involved to help me and they were excellent, Topshop said they wouldn’t refund me the money until I returned the trousers which I did had to pay for signed for which was nearly £8.00 which I had to pay and didn’t get back, even it was there mistake which I think is so bad of them, when it was sent Christmas Eve it arrived in London on the 30th but Topshop told the post Office not to deliver it to the address, I took a screenshot of that sent it to PayPal and had refund the following day from PayPal, this had been going on for nearly 3 weeks, I was so stressed out over it, I suffer from asthma and I had an attack because I was so stressed over it. I tracked the parcel on the 2nd and 3rd of January they still didn’t accepted the parcel they finally did on the 4th I think it was totally disgusting, what they were doing. I love there clothes but it’s put me off ever ordering again from them, why would you treat your customers so shabbily. The staff in the Swansea store there

Topshop long black hooded padded coat black
Bought my long padded coat from topshop having looked at loads online. When it arrived this week it fitted perfectly and no problem with those big hoods this was just the right size and stays in place when flat. Really nice coat well made and a slight difference with an edging. Wasn’t reduced but you get what u pay for. I am a 14 in size for coats but got 12 as they are always loser these type of coats. Very happy and length just right. It’s the new style this year and I felt lovely and warm this week in the cold weather. Also waterproof.
