Absolutely disgusting customer service

The worst experience I've had with a company. I sent my order back to them 2 months ago with proof of return. Still no confirmation of receiving my return on their end even though I know it's been received. I can't contact customer service anymore, the emails I send are replied to with a automated response saying the email doesn't exist anymore. I won't ever get my refund! This should be illegal!!!

Returned Item no refund!!!!

Been trying to get a reply from their customer service team for weeks about a faulty product. They finally replied and sent me return forms and item was collected by Hermes on 26th Feb. I have since had no communication to confirm if this has been received and when my refund will be processed. Replied to the previous email from them which led to a bounce back as the email has now been shut down!! I am now out of pocket and no way of knowing if I will ever receive my refund!!!

This should be a zero …

This should be a zero like the comments below half of my order didn’t ever arrive and some of the items I returned on the 21st Feb I am still awaiting a refund for. Multiple exchanges with customer service emails but totally pointless as had to explain my issue each time and it was never resolved. If they had no intention of allowing refunds I wouldn’t have ever purchased from them.

NO REFUND AND NO REPLIES VIA EMAIL

I have contacted topshop so many times and I’m getting no where .... they’ve said they’ve refunded me on a gift card that doesn't exist! I paid by bank card and sent them proof of everything via email and I’m getting no responses ...... please reply back to my email and give me my money back ..... I’m scared to even order from ASOS now as they’ve joined with them.

How long does the refund can take!!!?

Wanted to return shoes which arrived in completely wrong size.. sent it back by Hermes and it showed that they have got it back. It arrived to Arcadia on 24th of Feb- checked on Hermes Tracking. Still havent received my money back or even the email from Topshop that they have received the item and proceeding refund. Not going to buy anything from Topshop again. Shame

Topshop - No Refund despite Return with evidence..Theft!!

I returned an online order to topshop on 11th feb via their instruction through Hermes. I was given the receipt/tracking receipt from the parcelshop. The parcel shows online it is with hermes depot as of 18th feb and does not appear to have reached aracadia/topshop warehouse. Ive emailed topshop numerous times asking them to investigate as this is what hermes advise. I cannot get to speak to hermes either. Topshop are not investigating and are now not even responding to emails. Apparently they have ceased this as of today!! This is theft if this is not addressed as I have carried out my responsibility as directed and have evidence of this. Im sure I am not the only person who is owed their hard earned money back..any help advice be welcomed!! I WANT MY REFUND!!

I sent my order back over a month ago…

I sent my order back over a month ago for a refund and Topshop have still not processed it. They haven't even updated their system to say it was recieved. There is no information on the website to call or email them. I want my refund.

Not refunded

I returned two items, only got refunded for one and now am emailing them 2-3 times a day to be told it's my fault, that I haven't returned the second pair of jeans when they were in the same parcel!!! Absolute disgrace I will never be buying from them ever again I am livid.

Absolutely terrible! Worst experience ever

I purchased a pair of shoes more than a month ago, never received either the shoes or my money back. I’m contacting Topshop weekly and the only answer I receive is that a refund has been processed on the 6th of February, but it’s 3rd of March and I still haven’t seen my money.

Worst customer service ever!!

Wanted to return items received more than a month later than promised only to be told it was too late. Tried reaching customer service several times with no luck. When they finally started replying to my mails it was a new person each time so we could begin all over again. I have just shipped the items back (cost me 20 punds), only to be told it was too late. I am never ever shopping at TopShop again. It is a scam and you have no consumer rights. I have lost 120 Pounds!!!

Absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting.

I returned 2 items, I have only been refunded for 1. Been trying in vain to get the refund. The customer service is terrible, telling me that "they have already issued the refund", that "they are unable to discuss this matter further with me" as my "details don't match the ones they have on record", which is a lie. No one will respond to me or help me. Awful, awful, awful.

DO NOT ORDER FROM TOPSHOP!

I made an order with Topshop in Feb, retuned items tracked via royal mail, which were received by them 17th Feb, I still have not had my refund and the communication is an automated service. DO NOT ORDER from Topshop!!!

I ordered 2 shipments of items from…

I ordered 2 shipments of items from Grandtopshop before Christmas 2020 and have still not received the items . 27 Febraury 2021. I have taken insurance on the items and as they ( shipper) can only lodge a claim you cannot get hold of them. If you order from them be prepared to loose your money even if you take insurance as it means nothing.

Topshop holding my money

My daughter return her Jean's on 26th january still no refund..she keeps getting emails saying it be in her account within 14 day. She has sent proof of it been delivered and also proof of receipt by royal mail..she a student and times is difficult enough for them without topshop holding onto her money it disgusting.
