Bad experience
I’ve only given one star on my review because it’s impossible to give zero stars. I ordered a hat from TSH’s and after a week I’d not even received a dispatch notice. So I sent an email through the site asking about the status of my order but this went unanswered. This situation continued for three weeks. Altogether I sent six emails the final one was ungraded to a complaint but of all my emails were unanswered ,despite the seller’s website claiming ‘great customer service’ and ‘regular updates’ and ‘explanations’ for any delay’s. Finally, I complained through PayPal and, thankfully, I received a refund but there was no apology or explanation, or offer of vouchers for the mess around; if there had have been I might not have posted such a negative review. I wanted my hat for a particular function and this experience certainly inconvenienced me; therefore, I would NOT recommend ‘Top Secret Hats’.
