George was extremely helpful during our visit. He answered all of our questions with patience and real product knowledge. We shared our top four tile choices with him, and he happily provided pricing so we could make the right decision. He also guided us on the correct sealant and grout, which was a huge help.

Arranging the delivery was smooth, and Andy was supportive throughout the whole process. Both George and Andy were professional, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us.

I called for advice as I had been let down by 2 tilers coming to price our job. We had seen a tile in Topp's that we liked. I spoke with Nikkie from their Grimsby store who was super helpful, informative, knowledgeable and courteous. She gave me details of 3 tilers that they have worked with. The 1st guy I called agreed to come that evening to look and price despite being fully booked for at least 2 months. He came and priced and has now managed to book us in for July. We went to the Grimsby store today, met with Nikkie in person, who continued to be helpful and went above and beyond to make us decide to place our entire order with Topp's as opposed to an alternative supplier. 5* service thus far. June 2026 - there is a wide range of choice and Frances in Sittingbourne was extremely pleasant and helpful. I ordered tiles online and they were ready for collection very quickly

Highly recommend the Brentford branch of Topps Tiles. I've been back & forth a few times while renovating and really appreciate the advice and support from Hamze and Ahmed.
They know their stuff, offer options and call when orders come so that you know when to call back in. Thank you!

I used the Bournemouth branch and was helped by Hannah who was amazing. I was unsure about tiles and she was friendly, approachable and knew a lot about the products and their services. Thanks Hannah!

Returning unwanted tiles has been a genuinely disappointing experience.

When I tried to return unwanted tiles, I was misinformed by Topps customer services. Now I am stuck with around £50 worth of unwanted tiles that they could easily re-sell, but refuse to accept back.

@ToppsTiles - Thank you for your reply.
I fully appreciate your comment about there being a batch number difference after a certain period. However, when I took one sample of my leftover tiles into my local store, it looked completely identical to the one on display. Therefore, you could easily sell these tiles. It's just a shame that we are wasting them instead.

When entering the store Dan greeted us and asked if he could assist us, he was very friendly and suggested a few various tiles and left us to browse without any pressure.
When we were ready to select the tiles he brought samples so we could compare and choose. With the quality on offer.
Well worth a visit

Shawna at Kingston Park Topps Tiles was exceptional. She contacted eight different stores to gather discontinued tiles from each location which was over and above expectation. Highly recommend

We have recently visited the Hillsborough store and was guided through the range by Ellie. What a fabulous person who represents the company so well. Her product and technical knowledge was so impressive, skilfully steering us through the range of tiles, discussing our needs. She was truly excellent. Please pass on our thanks

Excellent service from Paul at Topps Tiles Cheadle, helpful advice, made a return and new order very simple and painless. Paul had our tiles and trim out ready for collection, and even helped load our boxes of tiles into our car. Great customer service.

Paul was extremely helpful and patient with us faffing around changing our minds. He made sure we had colour match and organised refund of our samples. He was also open 5 minutes early on a Sunday 😊

We purchased tiles for our kitchen and bathroom from Topps Tiles in Braintree. The staff were incredibly helpful and Sean was great at assisting us with matching wall and floor colours.
We would highly recommend visiting and using this store for your wall and floor tile choice and range of styles.
Customer service was second to none and the staff were very knowledgable.

I’ve been having an issue with logging into my Topps trade app so contacted customer services , I would like to say that Jordan persevered with solving my issue and sorted the problem , his communication and the speed of it was excellent , he’s a credit to the company .

Ryan at Enderby show room couldn’t have been more helpful on the various times we visited the store with a young family in tow. Great asset to the team and secured a sale on both our bathrooms

Dreadful experience with online purchase of paving slabs . Set aside a day at home and waiting for delivery . Half of the order delivered and so I chased Topps Tiles for the other half. Phone lines do not work so had to go onto the chat. Eventually several days later they informed me that they would be delivered on Wednesday. I worked at home again and waited ……and waited. Then I was informed that the delivery was on its way and would be delivered by 6pm . I cancelled my evening plans and continued waiting . Nothing . This morning a bad tempered delivery driver turned up and my wife had to return from the train station to meet him . He dropped the pallet with part of it obstructing the public pavement . He left in a huff after a polite request to move the pallet further onto the driveway. Customer service claim everything was fine . Poor customer service , appalling delivery process and I suspect no offer of compensation or even a meaningful apology. I won’t use Topps Tiles again . Disgraceful failure !

We purchased tiles to cover 100m2 we chose the Kanzi natural tile which looks lovely but as our tiler began the job he realised that more and more of the tiles were damaged. We have even had one tile crack since being laid. We reported this to customer services and were told that we should have opened and inspected all 492 tiles we had delivered before we arranged for the tiler to start the works! We suspect that the first pallet was damaged in the warehouse as we've had numerous damaged tiles. Either the tiles are difficult to cut and damage easily or more likely they were fragile where they'd been damaged before delivery bearing in mind they're porcelain and should be pretty tough.

We also had the adhesive delivered which was hard and we had to take the bags back to the Reading branch and get a new lot, which cost us time and money. I would say that although the staff in Reading were initially really helpful, since the ongoing issues we've had, they have gone quiet and customer services keep referring me to their ridiculous policy that all tiles must be checked on delivery. I have now invited them to come and check the rest of the tiles themselves while we search for another tiler that wants to take on the challenge. Bearing in mind we've spent over £4k with this company, the customer service aftercare is shocking! We await site visit which cannot be done until after 8th June due to staff shortages. The nightmare continues!

There is no reason to have a terrible customer service in 2026. Unreachable! Ordered 90 boxes of tiles and trims. The trims have not been delivered and there is no one replying to my emails, telephone number sent in email correspondence doesn't work.
