We used Topps Tiles in Hounslow and Sunbury recently, and at both branches, and we were very impressed with our engaged and knowledgeable the staff were. They were able to give us good advice on choosing tiles and answer all our questions. Great customer service!

Great products, good prices, excellent staff and knowledge

This review is for the Ayr Branch of Topps. Ordered some wall panels to be delivered by DX. Delivery was incomplete and my missing panel was tracked by DX all the way to Exeter via Swansea! Topps in Ayr were chasing DX to resolve but in the end DX stopped replying to their emails. Eventually panel returned to Topps as damaged which is unsurprising given the number of transshipments it had. DX didn’t think of telling Topps it was being returned.
Throughout all of this the team at Ayr kept me up to speed on the latest DX disaster and ordered me a replacement panel which arrived without incident. So big shout out to Andy at Topps Ayr for sorting the mess out so efficiently and keeping me informed . DX get 0/10. If any Topps management read this, 1. ditch DX as they’re doing your company no favours. 2. Give Andy in Ayr a raise!

Topps tiles have been top class with customer service. I recently purchased a number of tiles for my new kitchen . After our kitchen was completed we some how ended up with 6 packs unused so obviously their was a miss calculation. I contacted Tops Tiles and spoke to Amy, who was very helpful. She asked us if we could return them and even helped us transport them from the car to the store. I would definitely recommend Tops Tiles Bilston. 😃
