Nick is a true professional. He was insightful and has lots of experience working with candidates applying for Fortune 100 companies. Not only did he conduct our mock interviews that were very similar to the actual questions, but he reviewed the answers and helped me reshape how I answered my questions. If I could give him 100 stars, I would!!

The last time I did a job interview was 7 years ago and I needed a coach to help me organize my thoughts and present myself the best way possible when doing video interviews with hiring managers, directors, CFO, etc. Working with Nick D was amazing and exceeded my expectations!

Nick helps with providing example questions as well as specific coaching for known interview situations (presentation, role plays, etc). It is much better to practice/make mistakes and learn how to improve with him than in the interview itself! Nick is very thoughtful and can also provide guidance on the companies where you are interviewing, based upon feedback he has heard from current employees!

Nick D. was so helpful in navigating the extremely intense and difficult Amazon interview process. I enlisted Nick's help after completely bombing a google and Amazon interview. He was super helpful in preparing relevant questions to the job description I had shared and coaching me through the first and final rounds. The mock interviews were keys and re-watching our session along with his notes were a big part of helping to boost my confidence to ultimately get the offer. Couldn't have done it without Nick!

Nick coached me for Director level interviews. Nick puts in a lot of effort to understand the role, company, your profile and experience, and the interviewers profile. And then he comes up with very relevant and unique questions. He gives real time feedback, shares recordings and notes. Nick is extremely professional and easy to work with. During the practice, he also helped me boost up my self-esteem helped me focus on my strength. I got to know Nick D. from TopResume site. Though my experience with rewriting my CV was literally pointless as I had to redo it myself again and the money was wasted, connecting me with Nick was the BEST thing that actually happened.
Applying to GCC countries with experience in Finance is not an easy task but Nick made everything clearer.
At first I had my doubts if he is the right person and they did another mistake connecting me with the wrong coach. My interviews were with top banks and Corporations in UAE, mainly with Head of Regions, SVP Directors, & CEOs.
Nick went above and beyond. He was ahead of me with everything related to the company am applying to and made sure to highlight on the skills and experience I have that matches the Job. It was obvious that he made a lot of work and research before meeting me.
I have not been in the interview market or done a single interview for more than 7 years. Though I meet a lot of people and I am connected with so many, it was really hard for me to “sell” myself during my first couple interviews. I found it weird to do the marketing for what I am good at or what I can do.
He made it an adventure, gave me all the material to prepare and read, directed me to the right ways, and asked me all the questions needed. He gave me more confidence in myself and I was well prepared for any interview I had.
After zoom meeting, a detailed email was sent to me with all questions asked during our session, all my slip-ups that I should work on, and all material needed to read before going to the interview.
Communication was great, I used to send him emails after any Job interview and he used to be always there to answer back and give me advices on proper way to follow- up back or give me insights about what will be next step (always right). A coach who actually cares and always thrilled to hear back and always ready to help me with my next move. For all the fellows working on getting a job in the GCC countries and MENA region am telling you he is the guy for it and worth every penny (he will guide you through the whole journey until you receive an offer; and even much lower than any other coaches you meet online).

I had a great experience working with TopResune. My updated resume was provided quickly but the best part of my experience was working with Nick D. as part of the interview prep. He looked over the job description and interviewed me based on it, recorded it and provided feedback on how to improve my interview skills. I was also given access to the interview recording and my practice with Nick which was super helpful to be able to go back and review it as needed.
I did several rounds of interviews successfully and got an offer, negotiated my salary and finally accepted the new job offer and will be starting soon.
