Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I tried cancelling 12 hours after signing the contract as my circumstances changed and had to leave Madeira for work. I never used the gym and sent various emails to their Head office highlighting my change in circumstances. They are now threatening to sue. Do not touch them with a barge pole. Other gyms that I have dealt with are 100% better and Topfit should learn about good customer service. I would give them 0 stars if I could not 1!

Worst experience
Worst experience, they automatically renewed my activation after trial amd asking me to pay 40 euros? Can anyone please help me here how i can resolve this? I never enrolled or went there even in the trial period. They are giving me so much stress. I am planning to contact my lawyer to take care of this.
