I first discovered Topazglow at the Christmas Market at Ascot Race Course in 2025 .....their stall was full of lovely jewellery pieces that really caught my eye. I bought myself a few pairs of ear rings and as the prices were so reasonable I picked up a few xmas gifts too for family & friends . Fast forward to Spring 2026 and I lost one the ear rings (my favourite pair!) I contacted Topazglow to try and replace it and the lengths they went to in order to help me were amazing. For that level of customer care I will definitely be making more purchases in the future.....

Bought 2 bags, gave one to a friend! Zips are terrible! We both ended up throwing bags away as zips on front of bags jammed solid! Ended up ripping the bags to retrieve our belongings!!!
So disappointed as really liked the look of the bags and were going to buy more colours!

Such lovely people at Topazglow - I bought a bag earlier this year and love it so much I rang to order a winter colour. I hope to see them on their stall at a show at some point just so that I can have a lovely browse and no doubt spend some more money! Great service and always quick delivery. Highly recommend!

Really lovely scarf. Slightly slow delivery but messaged seller who apologised as they had been at a show and then updated regularly from then on. Scarf was lovely quality and worth the small wait. Would recommend.

These guys have lovely, very reasonably priced jewellery and scarves. Like seeing them every year at Cheltenham Race course. Had an issue with a couple items when I got home but contacted them and they rectified by sending me replacements. Great customer service 👏 See you next October! 😃

Bought a bracelet at a gift fair, I was so pleased with it I ordered another on line. Unfortunately it was out of stock but I was given other options and it was sent out to me first class. Very good customer service.
