Excellent customer service and fast delivery.

So happy I bought it from TopAV, at time wasn't available on other places, I got it before the date expected, and when I wasn't at home after delivery attempt from Parcel force top av phoned me to tell me when it would be delivered again the next day, I am happy to say that I got my monitor, I love it with my new Macmini 4, highly recommend TopAV, great service, I will use again.

Absolutely brilliant service from TopAV! I ordered a Biamp speaker as a replacement for a blown unit in our restaurant/bar. Within minutes of placing the order, I received a friendly call from their sales team just to double-check that I only needed one speaker, as many customers expect a pair. I really appreciated that extra attention to detail—it shows they genuinely care about getting it right. Once I confirmed the order was correct, they dispatched it immediately, and it arrived the very next morning. Top-class service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I was dubious about this site, but they had a specific monitor in stock while most stockists don’t and it was a good price. I called and checked stock at 3pm on a Monday, I was informed delivery slots were still available for next day. I placed the order with free delivery and a small health services discount and it arrived the next day before lunch!

There’s some room for improvement like sending out tracking details once shipped, but they sent this via email on request.

With a focus on customer service, I’ll be back to TopAV for future purchases.

What a great supplier. Claire bent over backwards to fulfil an order, when the item we ordered and they had in stock actually on inspection had some missing parts due to a broken box. She contacted the manufacturers to get one to me and they shipped direct to us on a Saturday, allowing us to perform the installation on time. She kept me informed every step of the way too. Service like this is rare nowadays.

First time using this company. Spoke on the phone with Claire who was very knowledgeable and helpfully answered all of my questions about a replacement projector choice and suitable cabling. My order was expidited very quickly and their prices are very competitive, I would have no hesitation using them again.

Great service! Item ordered was in stock and delivered the next day. A pity that all suppliers don't provide this level of service.
