No support (no answer) and poor quality, all channels freeze
No feedback from the support team, i raised 3 tickekts over the last 3 weeks...no answer so far
lot's of freezing,, same problem whatever the channel. Some channels are not even working. Despite using a 15 secondes buffer
So overall, very poor quality , no support, i do not recommand

Stayaway from these A** holes... once you pay the amount they dont care about you anymore or respond... I took 1 yr subscription and after 2 months the issue started as channels just freeze and they dont do anything to fix or to refund for the remaining months...

Most of the channels I want to watch works. But toparta need to see it's support issue. Once you make your payment, you have to cross your fingers. That they reply to you when you have any issue. It's like playing lottery.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. If you want an IPTV service that takes 2 days to activate once you've paid, turns off on at least 2 random days per week and where the service provider NEVER responds to your queries, then this is the one for you.
If you want a decent service go elsewhere.

This is not fair !
I payed a monthly package and I did not have yet activated the service. In their homepage appears the invoice is payed and the service is activated, but I still have no service from toparta. I wrote already more than 3 times to the costumer service about this problem, but nobody does not care to talk with the me.

They have a lot of channels and good quality. But i dont like the customer service take long time to answer if they even do that. I have problem 2 times with billing paypal said that i have payed, my bankaccount says the same but on their website it said unpaid. That is not good. I understand that tech is not always your friend and things happend. But no answer in 2 weeks is not good.
