If you are looking for the same old nonsense and bad service from an estate agent then working with Chuk is not for you. It is hard to actually articulate just how different he is because he give you a sense of being in safe hands and that he will go the extra mile for you. Chuk knocked on my door whilst my property was on with another high street name estate agent and said he had a potential buyer and wanted the opportunity. So I said why not, I was unhappy with who I was with and I thought anything was worth a try, but what I got for my leap of faith was remarkable. Personalised service, amazing availability, and understanding of who was coming to view my house know that he has already vetted out the people who weren't all that serious. And did he work hard for me, absolutely! He found me the right buyer for my property and then helped me secure the house I had had my eye on for the past year, despite it not even being one of his properties. On completion he turned up and made the day all that more special not only for me but also for my kids we wee surprises for us all. And his after sale contact and support still remains, He is an extraordinary estate agent, cut from a very different cloth to the bog standard and above all he is a decent man and a gentleman throughout the process. I always knew he has my back no matter the curve balls my purchase took and keep by buyer well informed making sure I never lost my buyer and the deal was done! If you you want professionalism, confidence and to work with someone who is going to make the process of moving home as easy as possible for you then I can't recommend Chuk highly enough. He most certainly stands out from the crowd and for all the right reasons. Thank you Chuk!

The service and support was beyond anything that you get from one of the standard high street brands.

Chuk always has a smile on his face and is hugely personable. He made the whole process stress free, providing regular updates throughout. We never had to chase for any information. He was considerate and organised and helped us achieve what we hoped for in the sale. It was a real benefit having someone that understands Tooting help us.

Chuk was absolutely amazing as my assigned estate agent. I was searching for a property and he was very organised to set up viewings.
From the offset it was clear he knew what he was talking about, unlike some others I have encountered. He knew about the property in detail and gave a clear run through of the set up and covering all questions.
Once I had proceeded with an offer he kept me in the loop constantly and was very clear about next steps.
As a first time buyer, I needed guidance on how things worked, and Chuk was happy to do so. Throughout the buying stages he regularly touched base to see how things were progressing.
It was clear he had a genuine interest in helping his client and me.
Couldn’t recommend Chuk enough, even wrapped up the engagement with a card and a gift congratulating me on my new home!

Chuk sold our family home on Fishponds road earlier this year and I have to say that the whole process from the moment we met him till we handed over the keys to him for completion was an absolute pleasure. He did exactly what he said that he would do and so much more. Extremely pleased with the price he achieved for us, but above that the whole experience was stress free as he guided us (held our hands) through it all. There should have been the added stress of dealing with lockdown but he evn took that all in his stride.
We were on the market unsuccessfully with another agent (well known high street brand) before giving Chuk the opportunity and I just wish we'd instructed him first.
A thoroughly nice chap who certainly secured a fantastic sale for us and he would be my agent of choice every time....even if I was selling a caravan!
