Great service Technician explained the service that i had done. Dropped my car at 0800 and recieved call for collection at 09.30 Sarah at front desk asked me if I'd like car washed, extra bonus in my eyes so thank you.
After speaking to Sarah who also explained my service to me was was very welcoming and polite.

Took car in for a service. Very professional from start to finish. Excellent video of their inspection of my car and some sound advice. Sarah on reception kept me up to date with progress and was very friendly and provided great customer service.

Sarah was extremely helpful when I made my first call as unable to use car as no dash board ,so unable to know speed , or petrol level and no indicators etc.the earliest was weeks away and I have a wife who has Alzheimer’s and I need the car for appointments, Sarah was able to rearrange things so I was seen to only a week later.
Booking is was very straightforward, Sarah was friendly and helpful.

First time using Toomey Southend to service my MG. Excellent and friendly service from Sarah. Very pleased I went there.

I booked my car in at Toomey Motor Group Southend for a service and an infotainment system update. The service was completed as expected, but unfortunately the update couldn’t be done due to connection problems. I now need to return for the update, which isn’t ideal and adds extra time and inconvenience.
However, I want to highlight Sarah, who greeted me when I arrived. She was very polite, professional, and made the check‑in process smooth. Her approach definitely improved the overall experience.
A good level of customer care, but the technical issue meant the visit didn’t fully meet expectations.

Sarah was welcoming, engaging and extremely helpful. Made the whole process easy and smooth and kept me updated with what was happening with the car so I wasn’t just waiting and wondering in limbo.
