Excellent service
I ordered a new ride-on mower online. Everything was handled very efficiently and deadlines for delivery were kept to. Communication throughout was excellent.

Tools today is my go-to for CNC router bits and other great tools. Complete selection, easy to navigate website, always delivered on time.
Great selection, good quality and fast delivery.
I'll be honest, I have been a customer of ToolsToday.com for many years and have never had an issue with this company. I see a lot of people bashing this company when there are so many amazing things going for it. Firstly, if you call their phone number, most times within the first ring a real human picks up! Awesome. Also, if I've had a question about my order, I'd call ahead of time and talk to someone to make sure I'm informed before I buy instead of not and then blaming the company because I didn't want to read. That's how A LOT of these reviews turn out and even better, they never tell the full story. This review is for the people who are trying to get an honest interpretation of the company in 2025 instead of all these "Negative Nancy's" leaving unfair, biased, half-the-story reviews.

I chose this company because they advertised fast shipping, and I needed that for this specific part.
Their shipping service delivered to the wrong address. They forced me to jump through a bunch of hoops (visiting various places that UPS said it may have been delivered to), and then after establishing that the package was not delivered anywhere close to me, pushed me off to a third party claims service. They say it may take a week or more to resolve. At this moment, my claim has not been looked at. Route is not being responsive and the company *is* giving me the runaround. Telling me it’s my fault because I opted for additional protection.

I really appreciate the level of support and the details that are presented for every Amana product. This is what I usually order :)
They have lots of promotions, especially the 10% off on the first order. This is how I started my woodworking hobby.
And as a beginner, I really appreciate the how-to videos, they really helped me create my first project.
On November 2, 2025, I ordered a Jet 2244 Drum Sander that was listed on sale at an excellent price. I spent time researching the company, rearranging my finances, and placing the order—only to receive a message the next day saying there had been a “clerical error” in their recent price update.
Their message stated that “in some cases, the price differences were several thousand dollars, making it impossible to fulfill these orders,” and that my order would be canceled and refunded. While they called it an “honest mistake,” the fact remains—it was their mistake, not mine.
A company with true integrity would have honored the listed price or at least offered to sell it at cost. Instead, they simply canceled my order without any real effort to make it right.
As someone who works in the woodworking industry and regularly refers companies, schools, and individuals to trusted suppliers—over $250,000 in referrals last year alone—I can say this experience was deeply disappointing.
It’s sad how far some businesses have drifted from real customer service and accountability.
Buyer beware — the prices shown on their website may not be the prices they actually sell at.

I bought a Feeder for my shaper, both powermatic. They said it would bolt up direct and did not. Came in broken on shipment and days later no solution. Part still not on its way. They told me its out of there hands and up to the company they buy it from to solve the problem. I love tools today but will have to reconsider equipment purchases from them.
In Jan, 2025, I ordered a Onefinity Pro Foreman CNC from Toolstoday. I got the machine the end of January. When I got it set up, and attempted to Home the machine, it wouldn't home. I contacted Onefinity and was told that in order to get the machine to home, I had to make adjustments to what they call STALL HOMING.
Over the last 6 years, I've had 4 CNC machines made by Bobscnc. Homing those machines was simple, and not an issue.
Now to my Onefinity Pro Foreman. First, I spent over $5,000, plus another $500 or $600 for the base to put it on. Here's the issue.
The Pro foreman doesn't use homing switches like my Bobscnc machines. Those work great and homing wasn't an issue.
The Pro Foreman uses what they call STALL HOMING. There are no homing switches. I don't really understand how it works, or why they did this, but here's the bottom line.
Stall Homing doesn't work well in Humid environments! And guess where I live, FT. LAUDERDALE, Florida. So, here it is the 19th of April, and this machine works like CRAP.
I thought Toolstoday stands behind what they sell, BUT THEY DON'T. They referred me to Onefinity, they're response was UNBELIEVABLE.
To be clear, nowhere in any of the literature I read or videos I watches was they're any reference to this issue. Knowing what I know now, Onefinity, seeing my order from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida should have contacted me regarding this issue but they didn't. Had I any inkling of this issue, I WOULD never have bought this machine, EVER!
Toolstoday and Onefinity told me I had 4 options.
1. Onefinity offers an Elite series which uses Homing switches. The first suggestion from Toolstoday and Onefinity was that I spend another $2100, and upgrade to the Elite series. Not going to happen.
2. Put my CNC in an Air-Conditioned shop. Yup, rather than sell me a CNC that works HERE, in FT. LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA, I'm supposed to spends HUNDREDS of dollars a month and run the CRAPPY machine they sold me in AIR-CONDITIONING. Not going to happen.
3. The 3rd option was to sell it to someone locally. They screwed me and their recommendation was that I find someone locally and SCREW THEM. Again, not going to happen.
Finally, use the machine as it is. In essence, HOMING is how you start a CNC machine. Imagine if you bought a new car. And, when it wouldn't start, instead of the dealer fixing the problem, they told you that if it wouldn't start, you would need to open the hood and adjust the fuel injection.
Basically, I was told that if my machine wouldn't home, I would have to go into setting and adjust the STALL HOMING settings almost every time I started the machine.
And Toolstoday and Onefinity ridiculed me because my last 4 CNC machines were from BOBSCNC. Bobscnc worked GREAT, they even HOMED. I thought I was upgrading by buying a Onefinity, but it was the opposite. This machine SUCKS!!
Awful communication and customer service. I bought a very expensive Festool Router that appeared to be used ( I bought a new one). It tooks weeks before Toolstoday fixed the problem. My advice is to avoid at all costs, there are better options out there
Horrible customer service reps rude social media people
High quality woodworking tools, free shipping on most orders over $49. ToolsToday is an authorized dealer of Festool, Amana Tool, Woodpeckers, Bora, and many more.
Got an amazing quality router bit I needed fast.
I sent back an unused bit on their RMA. They acknowledged receipt of the tool. Several weeks later, I found that they had never issued a credit to my account. It took me two emails, three phone calls to finally receive the credit. If you ever sent anything back, check your records to see if the credit ever hit your account.
