Can't tell the difference between 25 and 15mm

On 13 Apr I ordered 25mm pipe insulation for next day delivery. The insulation that arrived was for 15mm pipe, therefore, useless to me. I returned it immediately and asked for the correct size to be sent. The next delivery was exactly the same. This time I took it to the local store, explained the issue and asked them to resolve it. Toolstation then insisted on a 'review' process at their warehouse which took another 5 days before sending out the material again. Once more it was the wrong size and returned immediately. I got a ticket saying that they'd be in touch within 48hrs - 4 days later I had to call them. Now, apparently they have no stock in the warehouse and the items at the local store that showed as 'in stock' are also the wrong size. It is now 27 Apr and I have had to cancel the order and look elsewhere. 14 days wasted because some inumerate clown in a warehouse can't find the correct stock and Toolstation's stock control is so poor.

COMPLETE CHAOS, NO ORDER, IGNORING EMAILs

We have been more than satisfied customers of Toolstation for decades but unfortunately due to the mess they have made with an order done on 1.4.26 , not collected because I couldn’t, no refund notification and two emails ignored.
I don’t drive and I am a carer for my husband so I had a lift my local tool station who as usual are absolutely brilliant and cannot be faulted. They kindly ordered what I needed for me to collect the next day. Unfortunately, it wasn’t ready the next day and then due to circumstances at home, I couldn’t rearrange another lift to go and pick up the paint. This wasn’t an issue as I knew if not collected within 14 days they would automatically refund me.

I didn’t get to check this until the 21st of April due to the changing situation at home and saw that I had absolutely no notification of any refund being made, then I received a survey email which concerns me as I obviously hadn’t picked the order up. So I went into all the different notifications that I had from when the order was made by the shop for me to when the item was in stock and ready to be picked up.
At this point I found the notification I received by text and email confirming that the order was in and ready ,not in Norwich as arranged but in Somerset. Obviously as soon as I read this because the customer care lines were closed I sent an email, didn’t receive a reply. I sent another email and still haven’t received a reply. I did try phoning the credit card company to see if a refund has been done and I wasn’t notified, but unfortunately, as with using the telephone nowadays, I was on hold for considerable amount of time and ended up giving up.
