very helpful,and polite staff.collecting large radiators,so staff loaded my car without any fuss and made sure products were safe and secure.also one radiator had to be delivered from national warehouse,so received email about delivery time and date.driver also help me carry it into my house due to its size.very please with all aspects of ordering and delivery staff very helpful ( consett branch )
