Purchased an Einhell cordless chainsaw. Very pleased with the item which arrived two days after ordering which was great as I’m in the Scottish Highlands and items can take a while to be delivered.
The item had a 15% discount which made it great value. Unfortunately I clicked straight to PayPal and the opportunity to apply the discount code at checkout was not available.
I emailed customer services and the next day 15% was refunded back to PayPal. Absolutely first class customer service. I would highly recommend and definately buy from them again.

The garden shredder I ordered arrived with a broken wheel but Tooled Up quickly responded when I contacted them and sent a replacement wheel. Much appreciated.

I ordered a garden rake, and paid slightly more for a good make. The bottom of the rake was well wrapped, the pole however was not protected at all. The rake had a 5 inch deep scrape to the top of the handle. Not impressed. Customer services were very efficient with emailed response offering £5 discount, which I accepted. I will not buy from tooled up again sadly, as I would not trust for the item to be delivered in good condition.

Supply-chain problems meant my order took a lot longer to arrive than expected. But customer service was always responsive whenever I wrote for an update, and I was delighted with my tools when they finally did arrive.

Ordered a Long Reach Hedge Trimmer on 20/07/2025 not realising Stock may not be available for perhaps 9 days (that was my fault). However item was despatched on 25/07/2025 and arrived by courier on 28/07/2025. With the 15% Einhell Discount applied, it came competitively priced. Nearly forgot to Register the Item within 30 days to take advantage of the Extended Warranty.

Old Bosch cordless lawnmower had expired. Didn't need the charger or battery. Google search I found Tooled-up who were able to supply with quick delivery
