I traded on Toobit for about one week without any issues. After that, I withdrew all available funds.
On 26.01.2026, I made a new real deposit of 780 USDT (UID: 220324981).
I executed only one futures trade, which resulted in a profit of +357 USDT.
My total balance became 1108 USDT.
When I requested a withdrawal, my account was immediately blocked.
Toobit support claims that my funds were confiscated because in the past my total withdrawals exceeded my total deposits. Based on this, they refuse to process the withdrawal.
What is most concerning is that they refuse to return even my latest real deposit of 780 USDT, which was made on the same day and is completely unrelated to any previous activity.
No clear explanation is provided, no specific rule is referenced, and no evidence of any violation is given.
I am not requesting bonus funds. I am requesting the return of my own deposited money.
This situation demonstrates a serious lack of transparency and extremely unfair handling of user funds.
I expect an official public response from Toobit and the return of my net deposit.
UPDATE
Thank you for your response.
However, I must formally dispute the statements made in your reply.
My account has successfully passed both Basic and Advanced KYC verification, which remains marked as Completed in my account. If my KYC documentation were “unauthorized,” it would not have passed verification, nor would my account retain active withdrawal limits.
You have also alleged a “connection to organized group trading,” yet you have provided no evidence, no transaction references, and no specific clause of your Terms of Service allegedly violated. General accusations without substantiation are not acceptable.
Regarding your claim that my historical withdrawals exceed my total deposits:
this does not justify withholding a specific, later deposit. On 26 January 2026, I deposited 779.99 USDT, which was accepted, credited, and used on your platform. Each deposit constitutes a separate obligation, and prior withdrawals do not negate your responsibility to return a verified user’s principal funds.
At this point, I am not requesting trading profits — only the return of my personal deposit.
I am still awaiting a formal written response via email with either:
confirmation of the return of my 779.99 USDT deposit, or documented evidence and the exact contractual basis for withholding it.
Until such clarification is provided, this issue remains unresolved.
FINAL UPDATE (resolved, but with serious concerns):
This case was resolved only after extreme persistence.
My account was restricted without clear legal justification.
For a long time, support hid behind vague phrases like “risk control,” “final decision,” and “please wait,” while refusing to cite any specific clause of the Terms of Service.
Despite:
full KYC completion,
transparent deposit history,
and previous successful trading and withdrawals,
I faced multiple refusals, repeated delays, and clear attempts to exhaust me into giving up — especially regarding my earned PnL.
At several stages, I was explicitly told that withdrawing profits was “impossible” and that the decision was “final.”
However, once I consistently demanded written explanations, legal grounds, and specific ToS references, the narrative changed.
After prolonged pressure and documentation of every step, Toobit eventually released:
my principal deposit, and
my full earned PnL, despite earlier refusals.
This outcome clearly demonstrates that users may initially be denied withdrawals even without proven violations, and that funds can be withheld unless the user is persistent, legally precise, and willing to escalate.
While my funds were ultimately returned, this experience was unnecessarily stressful, time-consuming, and opaque.
Users should be fully aware that recovering funds may require sustained pressure and should never accept vague “risk control” explanations without formal justification.
This update is posted to ensure transparency and to warn others of the real risks involved.

This is my favorite servay platform, very steady pace.
I opened an account and completed KYC verification. Then, a $50 bonus was credited to my account for use in futures trading. After that, I tried to withdraw the profits I had earned. However, my account was restricted. Live support (probably an AI chatbot) was never helpful. I was willing to do anything to prove I was a real person. Yet they blocked my withdrawal. You won't experience this at any other exchange. They never provide an explanation and arbitrarily block users. Until my issue is resolved, I will give one star everywhere. I will write about this everywhere. Everyone should see this terrible experience.

Edit:
After my review on Trustpilot, my case was escalated for a manual review. The restriction on my account was lifted, and I was able to withdraw my funds successfully.
That said, the overall experience was still very stressful and disappointing. My account was initially restricted without a clear explanation, customer support responses were automated and unhelpful, and I only received proper assistance after posting a public review.
I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, but users should not have to escalate matters publicly to receive a fair and transparent review. The process should be clearer, faster, and handled properly through official support channels.

The Extreme win was awesome the other day thanks crown coins
*My experience with Toobit:*
I was using Toobit normally, and I liked the platform at first. But then my account was suddenly restricted due to "Risk Control." I contacted support, and they told me it cannot be reversed. Now I cannot trade or even withdraw my own funds.
This has been a frustrating experience because I followed the rules and completed KYC. I only want to withdraw my money.
I hope Toobit will review my account again and allow me to withdraw my balance. That would really improve my experience.
Thank you.

I deposited my own funds into Toobit, but they have locked my account and blocked withdrawals without any valid reason.
I never even claimed their "deposit bonus" to avoid any complications, and I only made two normal trades. When I contacted support, they temporarily unblocked it, but as soon as I made a small withdrawal, they froze my account again. Now, they are just telling me to "wait" indefinitely and ignoring my inquiries.
It is extremely unprofessional to hold a user's deposited principal hostage. Do not trust this exchange with your money. I will keep updating this review until my funds are safely withdrawn.

Umust and get some of those coins for the info on the table to go out and get a new day of hope,
12/4/2025 Too much! Way too much bot manipulation! I will never use this exchange again.
12/5/2025 Here is my updated review and reply to Toobit.
I found out that whenever i did a perpetual leverage and no matter what at what leverage i used, toobit’s algo bots would hit my stoploss long or short. I could co super conservative and still did not matter. What would make matters worse. I found that on too many occasions, when i would hit the market sell and had already lost a good amount of money, i would come back later to an email stating i was liquidated. I can’t for the life of me understand how that happened even as I completely exited my position. I have used the same strategy on other exchanges and have been successful. Yes you CAN’T win every trade, but with toobit, it seemed like what ever they are doing, you are just going to lose. It’s best to just not use the exchange.
12/11/2025. I attempted to give toobit exchange another opportunity. They gave me $150 in trial funds. It didn’t take 5min on a very low leverage on a particular perpetual leverage coin with good liquidity to stop me out as soon as i got in. I attempted this same trade on BYDFI exchange and the leverage bots did not respond the same way. I say that to say this, they exchanges do have some part in how these trading bots move and very manipulative on their exchanges. Toobit can respond with how they aren’t responsible and then post the most intellectual response back. You literally stopped me again out of a position by a few cents right under my stoploss before then continuing in a bullish wick back up. I will give a fair positive review when you respond via your exchange in a positive non manipulative way.

I used Toobit legitimately and earned a small profit from a futures coupon.
After requesting a withdrawal of my 8 USDT profit, my account was suddenly restricted without clear explanation.
Support claimed that the profit was obtained through “irregular activity,” which is not true.
I did not break any rules, and Toobit refused to provide details or return my balance.
This is unfair treatment, and I advise others to be cautious with this platform.

The issue was handled fast, my frozen account got fixed within two days after reporting
Love their user friendly app features
And how fast their custom support reply’s when you have an issue
Had a MAJOR issue with their platform. They withdrew money from my account via an "administrative transfer", told me it was because of "illegal profits" even though I literally just bought and sold their COAI coin when it was really volatile.
Been in contact with their support over the last few weeks and they take ages to reply, and dont even answer the questions I am asking. All they reply with now is "confirm whether you agree with our decision to withdraw your profit and we will unfreeze your account"
THEY DON'T EVEN ADDRESS THE ISSUE OR ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE.
