Tomado is een Nederlands bedrijf in 1923 opgericht door de broers van der Togt in Dordrecht. Wat begon met de productie van simpele haken mondde uit in een uitgebreide collectie van huishoudelijke artikelen vervaardigd uit staaldraad; onderzetters, zeven en aardappelstampers. Begin jaren 50 kwamen er ook afdruip- en droogrekken, een snelkookpan en in 1958 het bekende boekenrek. Dit boekenrek maakt sinds 2019 onderdeel uit van de vaste collectie van het Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam. Midden jaren tachtig gaat Tomado een samenwerken met het Zwitserse Metaltex. Vandaag de dag verzorgt Tomado nog altijd producten die het huishouden eenvoudiger en plezieriger maken. En met 100 jaar ervaring is Tomado met recht het symbool van het nieuwe huishouden. In elk huis hoort Tomado thuis.

FALSE ADVERTISING - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst customer service ever, I ordered a freezer and it never arrived after 3 weeks. They are blaming DHL for it, but it's impossible to contact them and Tomado is not doing anything to fix the problem.
On their website they clearly specify - DELIVERY NEXT DAY, which is totally a big lie.
They have false advertising on the website.
I didn't even get to test their product and I already have isssues with it so this says a lot about the company.
