I have just completed the worst survey…
I have just completed the worst survey ever. Badly written with questions not making sense. Malfunctioned and went backwards, so you had to answer questions twice and thus took twice as long to complete as promised. Only completed it out of curiousity. Toluna are normally better than this!

Ratings (star) reduction.
Backing down on my previous 4 star rating. Toluna has changed their PayPal reward offerings There once was a $10 reward after hitting the 35k points threshold. That has since disappeared and the only PayPal reward is $35 after you earn 95K in points. Takes much longer to qualify for PayPal now. Thus, only a 3-star rating.
