Most of the products I bought are good.
It is difficult to get through to their customer service. The baby play-carpet I brought from it has bad smell on the handle. I would like to return it and asked them who will pay the fee for the transfer. But I did not get their answer till now.

I give order at 04.09. 2012 days after they said they dont have one of the item. They ofered another one. I refused i said i have hurry please sent my pakke fast. Today 12 september i got mail from gls pakke shop and it says the shop i choose at birkerød is ferie lukket so they sent my pakke to Tastrup!!!! Why Tastrup ? Why that much late Why they wait until shop enter ferie lukket? When i will get my order? This is not the first time i shop from toj bamsen but its exactly the last one.I gave one star thibk i dont have chance to give any? I have hurry those order will suppose to be a pressie for my friends new baby and wish i can get it before i travel

Unacceptable handling and service
I ordered two products - I received only one of them in the package that was shipped. The amount for both products was withdrawn from my credit card and no information was provided on further shipment of the missing product (or explanation). The response to my e-mails was extremely slow, took weeks and a couple of reminders that I did not hear anything... Very disappointing; it is the first time I met such poor customer service. After one and a half month I was promised to receive money for the product that was not delivered...

Delivered my buggy very quick
After ordering my buggy ( Silver Cross Dazzle) I received it the following day. I was amazed and happy.
Then 2 days before my holiday I ordered something else with hope that I will receive that just as fast as the first order.
Sadly that took longer and I left on my holiday with out it.
My family had to send it after me on the post .
(still waiting for it)
Otherwise, I am very happy for Tojbamsen! It is a great web shop for mums. I got great help through the phone.

PERFECT SHOPPING
Shopping at Tøjbamsen was very nice. The stuff that we bought was delivered earlier than we expected. The product was very nice and easy to use. I think price was also very good and products on sale are very good buys.
