I got an emergency appointment very easily.
I was dealt with in a friendly but professional manner. I am very happy with the outcome.

All staff very welcoming, friendly, helpful and informative.
Very professional organisation. Almost instant answering of phone calls. Well staffed with 3 or 4 people at reception. Dentist on time with both of my appointments. Treatment carried out with care, efficiency and effectiveness. Clear, detailed and thorough explanations given at every single stage of treatment. Post treatment care instructions given. Help with purchase of necessary maintenance items. Clear explanation given of various dental plans for cost effectiveness financing of treatment. Highly recommend dental surgery.

All the staff at the Brentwood branch are friendly and helpful.i have Leanne as my Dentist she is so kind and helpful especially as I suffer from anxiety. Chloe is my Hygientist equally understanding and kind.

Excellent service by the hygienist and the nurse. I was very nervous, but soon relaxed and had a gel on my teeth for the clean which really helped.

First class been having the same dentist for quite sometime now and he is great it is just nice to see the same dentist all the time.

Reception staff are lovely and helpful… great with my young daughter and me for that matter. Always smiling.
The two dentists we use a young lady and a man are excellent… she is VERY professional and down to earth with it… expaning everything and went above and beyond for me I felt… he removed all fear from my daughter with his fun and cheerful vibe.
If I knew their names I’d quote… she has surgery downstairs he has surgery upstairs.

As always well greeted at reception by the nice and friendly lady's.
Called into to see Harry who is a very good and friendly dentist, he explained exactly what he was going to do, made sure I was comfortable and begain. after the procedure said goodbye and back to reception. Had to do the most painful bit and pay.😊

Dentist was caring and seemed very competent but I don't like being kept waiting for appointments. This time it was ten minutes; the last two appointments - with a different dentist - it was 15 minutes each time.

New premises with enthusiastic young staff. Just a check up with xray. New young lady dentist very sweet and caring.

I am quite forgetful ( even with texts ) I was grateful for telephone reminders!

Everything perfect. I was seen in a downstairs surgery which meant I did not have to negotiate the stairs as I have osteoarthritis in my knees. Thank you.

The service was excellent,
each staff member was polite & the dentists were very straight-forward.

If there are 3 things I dislike is the doctor, hospitals and dentist. I appreciate everything the dentist has done for me and I'm always made to feel relaxed. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and I'm always smiling when I leave. Not just because that's my appointment done 👍
