The dentist was considerate and helpful, and I felt comfortable with her.

My mother and I have been a patient of Dr Ehsan for a number of years and are delighted with the level of care he has provided. We travel almost an hour to get to his surgery as we won't go to anyone else.

Had an overlay done. The dentist did a great job very pleased. No pain.

Words can't describe how awful my visit yestersay was. I called the practice up well in advance and explained that someone had melted my mould/tray (used for teeth whitening) and would they be able to make me a new one? The girl I spoke to said yes right away and that it'd cost £70.

I called again a few days before my appointment to double check some other detail, and once again the same girl confirmed the service I was coming in for.

I live in Kent and travelled 3 hours in (round trip) to make this appointment. I booked 3 hours out of work to make it to Tooting - my office is an hour away from the practice.

I arrived and the dentist goes to me 'You're here for teeth whitening yes? It be £299 FYI'. I said no, I'm just getting a tray made, the girl I spoke to told me it was £70 to get a new one done. The dentist looked completely perplexed and said 'no... we don't make trays alone here, you have to have the entire whitening treatment and its £299'

I mentioned I'd already gone through that process but she maintained it must be done again. No movement.

I was in so much shock I just calmly gathered my bag and left as I was fearful I might literally explode right there and then. The entire conversation lasted 5 minutes and had cost me 6 hours and plenty of money besides.

My aunt, who lives nearby, confirmed that the practice had gone seriously downhill recently and she no longer went there (and neither does my sister, who used to work there and referred us all).

It was beyond disappointing and angering. However, the dentist herself was very apologetic, and the dental nurse really kind about the whole thing, which was the only saving grace of the experience.

Regardless, it'll be a cold day in hell before I set foot back in that place.

Receptionist was welcoming and helpful. Dentist friendly, efficient and thorough as always.

On time and appreciated the dentist paid special attention to my needs so pleased with outcome.

Ria (hygienist) is always welcoming, professional and helpful. My teeth always feel super clean when she has finished. I also feel that she’s given my teeth and gums a good check over.

I now look forward to going to the dentist. I had six teeth removed and my dentist done a brilliant job. They were removed in five minutes. He knew what he was doing and I have every faith in him as my dentist. I would recommend him to anyone.

The reception staff, were professional and polite, the dentist and his assistant were one 100percent curtious greeted with smiles and a pleasure to be treated by him.

I saw Michelle the hygienist and she was lovely .She was so professional and helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. It was also the first clean I’d had that didn’t hurt at all ! Thank you Michelle

I had an tooth extraction the dentist was very patient and very gentle she must have done a great job as I am not in any pain a day after it being removed also no bleeding great service appreciate the quick appointment after I unfortunately went to the wrong place the day before thanks again. Dr Poplavski is the best at what he does, he makes you feel so relaxed and makes the appointment stress free. Highly highly recommend
