Customer care is the true x-factor here
So, I order cards from a lot of different places, and they’ve been consistent and good, but TNO actually made me feel valued.
I spoke to the company before purchasing, asking for reassurances about preorders and a special request for alternate shipping, the level of transparency and customer care I received made it clear that they cared, were kind and considerate, helpful and engaging, so much so I felt I needed to go the extra mile and shout about them. Consider me a repeat customer and thank you for all your help.
