Two tickets bought, one disappeared from the card

I bought two metro tickets from/to the airport. I used one of them on my arrival, when I wanted to leave the second ticket was not working anymore. The agent at the counter was not at all willing to help either, besides telling me that it’s not on the card anymore. After all, 6 Euros scammed and very bad experience! Be careful

So bad

The airport bus doesnt arrive on time. Sometimes it doesnt even stop even if they see you. I recommend you to go to the bus station at least three hours before your flight otherwise you are gonna miss it.

Expensive ticket for a bus ride

I am on vacation In Barcelona and went to the beach with my daughter. I had a ticket for the metro and when I wanted to take the bus V19 to the beach the driver told me in a rude way that my ticket wasn’t valid anymore and I had to buy a new ticket. He said I had to put my card on the automatic to pay for a new ticket.
I saw an amount off €2,65 euro. I didn’t got a receipt or a ticket.
When I was later in my hotel I saw TMB took € 20 off my bank account. I will never use TMB again.

The night buses (“nitbus”) are the most…

The night buses (“nitbus”) are the most awful transportation system imaginable. They never, ever run on time, and when you’re lucky enough to actually catch one, the driver is inevitably rude and unprofessional. 9 out of 10 times it’s a nightmare getting home. Tonight, for example, I’ve been waiting 45 minutes and the N0 never showed up. Inexcusable.

TMB authority should wake up

First time in Barcelona- had TMB run touristic hop on off bus ticket purchased online. Experienced vey rude behaviour from lady attendants who has no decency or training for customer service jobs. TMB authority needs should wake up- tourist are giving them jobs- they should remember before being rude.

One of the best in the world.

I've been using public transport in Barcelona since 1993 and reckon that it is one of the best in the world (I've been to more than 50 countries and many major cities). For the tourist the discounted cards such as the T-Casual and the T-Familiar are incredible value for money and in the main, the system is efficient and reliable. I'll be using London's excellent network tomorrow but I will probably spend as much in one day as I would in three days in Barcelona, for fewer rides.
