placed an order from Tmart through Instashop.
The full amount was charged, but the order arrived missing two items worth 450 EGP.
The delivery person told me the rest would come with another delivery.
More than 3 hours have passed, and nothing has happened yet.
The estimated delivery time and the delivery man’s tracking disappeared.
Besides, the order contains wrong items.
I want a solution to this problem!

I purchased a French door refrigerator on July 27th. On August 23rd the refrigerator started " on thw screen that night around 10pm. It was not still cooling when I came home from work on the 24th around 5:30p. I had already reached out to the store earlier that day. Amy said they had some similar units for me to sap it out. I asked when it would swapped out i received no response. Once I noticed the cooling issue I contacted the manager Amy again via text received no response. I asked when will the switch be done no response. I went to the store on August 26th spoke to a female in the back she gave push back, I mentioned the food was going bad and she didnt care, said nothing she can do, she asked for the yellow slip with the warranty I said I don't have it she said she can't do anything without it and then she shut down. I informed her Amy verified the warranty and already said it would be switched.i told her to call Amy she didn't I told her twice to call Amy. She refused and said she will email the manager I said I will wait she says it's the weekend he's not going to reply. She says it's scheduled for Sunday to be delivered between 1p-6pm. I told her to call Amy I stood there and waited she walked over to the other desk like the situation was over. She was rude and inconsiderate. Now I received the fridge on August 27th but they sent me one that was smaller than I purchased. I emailed Tmart, texted the manager and no response from the manager and I have emailed the finance company also. I will wait 24 hours for response. I have purchased a lot of items from Tmart and this experience I will never purchase anything from them again and I do not recommend anyone purchase any appliances from them.

I used to purchase from Tmart. Nearly everything was as expected, and provided the use I needed. I was sorry to see them disappear. It seemed a bit unnerving for folks delivering my mail to be delivering something from China/Hong Kong. Apparently, they did not often have mail from China to deliver.

This is bigger froud company, already police 🚨 complaint file against his website, his owner Mr kumar is a chitter, and froud, so be aware, against buy any unknown froud website.

I enjoyed T-Mart ...sometimes there would be an error and they tried their best to correct it....I am so very very sorry to see they are no longer available for the USA customers

I had found this website about ten years ago an everything I ordered was as I expected to a little bit better. Once I was ordering an item an they asked me how fast was my expectations for receiving their product. I thought I'd be a bit of a smart-was an told them three days which ten years ago that was lightning quick. I received it in three days, to my amazement an I am sad to see them go.

I used T mart for many years to secure items that were appealing to me and that I had a need for.

Any issues I had with the company were resolved immediately when I contacted them and after they had gone out of business I found my real asked resolution through PayPal.

If they’re coming back as another company I would certainly give them a try

I really enjoyed Tmart. There are SOME good things that come from China, and Tmart was a nice supplier. I'd say out of the 7 years I was a customer, I was satisfied 80% of the time, meaning that the item(s) were what I thought they would be, save for 1-2 plastic items per order that didn't last... (Otherwise I would have settled for Amazon's price for less than half the time to deliver.) I still use a lot of the items today, 3-5 years later. So I'm here to vouch for its validity; when it was operating, this company was very good at delivery. I never tried to communicate, because, DUH. (Have you ever TRIED overseas customer service? Nightmare for any company.) Anyway, save your money. Tmart doesn't look like it's in operation anymore.

I've received products in great condition and some not so great. for ex, i ordered wireless bluetooth earphones...worked good for one week, (left side went out). then ordered laptop cord, but they sent the wrong item. instead of returning cord and waiting 6 months..lol.....i fixed/modified it myself. overall. 3star

They were trying to sell me product for a price 20% more of a real. Said it was someone's mistake they didn't change the price tags, but it's the second time this happens to me with this product. This time they didn't even apologise and REFUSED to sell it to me for the right price. When I asked administrator for her name (not even sure she was a real administrator) she just started ignoring me, that's beyond unprofessional. Then after a few attempts to get her name security guy started shouting at me to get out of the store. That's the rudest and the most unprofessional treatment I've ever had!

Tmart is GONE!
I finally sent a request to PayPal about a late but paid for Tmart order. After less than a week they got back to me and said they could not get any response/satisfaction from TMart. PayPal was totally above board and refunded my money. I feel sorry for them and any of you that have unresolved orders.
BE AWARE!!! TMart seems to be surfacing again as Dinointhebox. Please find another source and do no try Dinointhebox as it may have some of the same bad habits of the old Tmart.

I think they are gone. Ordered many things from them through the years and have, for the most part, been very satisfied. I am writing this because I had a couple of issues with orders over the last year (total cost like $20) that have yet to be resolved. I have not gotten responses to recent emails and see that their site is down.

I have an order that they said shipped before closing but I still don't have it,50 days later.I cannot check on it because either their site is down or they closed.I believe they closed.

I`ve shopped T-Mart for many years , got many quality items and some times junk but I knew what I was getting before I ordered. I`ve never had a bad word to say of them,impeccable. But recently I stopped getting adds from them and I was wanting to order an item. so I tracked down their web site and found it was down. Then it dawned on me that one of their main offices is in Hong Kong, the other in Red China and things are not doing too well over there right now due to the 99 yr lease running out and the Chinese were trying to wipe out the 99 yrs of freedom they had. So I ve got to give them some slack and hope they over come this.Ive ordered things that came from both the USA and Red China warehouses and as always it was fast and correct. So for now I`d beware of imitation web sites ,there are bad E=bayers in China.

Terrible company, did not deliver my goods and then ignored all emails. $180 down the drain.

This company blows hot and cold. Sometimes they are great and sometimes they are the worst thing on the planet. Every order is a gamble. When they perform, the merchandise is inexpensive and good quality. When they don't perform, the merchandise does not do what it says it will do, it arrives defective and doesn't get replaced or refunded and it's just a nightmare. Buyer Beware! My luck with Tmart has been generally good, but i never buy anything high priced from them so defective stuff isn't all that much of a loss.
