Buggy Page and Bad Service

Found an ad in Instagram and I was amazed what he offered.
First i checked it Out and the wanted to buy it.
I hab some issues, tried it again and again but it still didn't work. It always sent me Back to the "add an Upgrade" Screen
and then I got Messages from Paypal that I bought 2 Times the bundle and 4 Times the Upgrade.
And all of this, Just because of that Bug.
I thought that's Not to Bad, i can send him a Message and He can give me the Money bag (in this Page it says 30 dass Money Back guaranteed)
I sent hin a Message explaining my Problem on 2 different E-Mails and on PayPal and He ignored EVERYTHING (I have waited a couple days and asked him again and again)
After explaining the Problem to PayPal, they gave me the Money bag.
At least I got the product (it was mit worth the Money btw.) but this Page and the customer Service are garbage
