Ordered a escooter was really impressed not only with the purchase but how quickly it arrived will definitely use this company again

I placed an order for my mother and my mother paid with her debit card, to be delivered to HER address. Nowhere on the website does it state delivery timescale. I tried to call customer services line on Saturday, provided by their website, but they were closed - their automated message informs their lines was open between Monday to Friday.

All throughout Monday I had been trying to get through to them and I was unable to reach through to anyone.

I had major fraud concerns. The red flags were enough for me to email them to express my concerns.

I received a reply from a non-British person to tell me they did not despatch my order because I did not pass a few security checks!! Please make it make sense of this, because I can’t. I did not apply for credit, I paid in full for a RECONDITIONED MOBILE PHONE. It’s wasn’t just the lack of professionalism, it screamed business rort. As a former fraud investigator in financial crime, I questioned their operation, and believe they returned my mothers money in panic.

Fantastic customer service! I had a faulty batteries on one of my purchases and I made contact to see what could be done. The comms were excellent and I received an acceptable resolution in just one day! This seller cannot be faulted and provides an excellent service. First time I have used this company. I had not heard of them before so was a little sceptical but I am pleased I took the plunge.
The description of the item and condition was accurate.
Delivery was very quick.
Communication was quick and effective.
The whole transaction was simple and straightforward.
I did have one very minor issue (which would not have changed my review in any way and to keep this short). I emailed them on the day I received the package and by the following day I received a replacement part (a very small minor part).
No ifs or buts. Just did it.
So, customer service brilliant.
My opinion = very very pleased.
