I cannot recommend Jason highly enough. He was so accessible throughout the process and never made me feel any of my questions were unreasonable or silly. Everything was explained to me carefully so i knew what was needed by when and any emails clearly highlighted any actions needed. All work was undertaken promptly and to a very high standard.

Any solicitor knows that are too many "false helpers" out there when it comes to LAA auditing help. Jason gives a precise, detailed and honest help, always available with excellent follow up. What a wonderful job!!! and in such a short time. I failed my SQM which I prepared myself. I made a telephone call to TLC and left a message. TLC called me back on the same day. I had about 5 days left on my deadline to pass the SQM. TLC created my office manual within a couple of days. The TLC manual is such easy reading. It's the first office manual I have read which hasn't put me to sleep, except mine lol. Passed the SQM first time with flying colours with the TLC manual and docs. Answers my phone at short notice or responded to me on the same day and completely took all the stress away. Highly recommend TLC. What a diamond service. You really do care!!!
