I ordered TKTX Teto cream within the EU (to Romania), and their website claims that orders ship from Europe with no extra VAT or charges. Instead, my package came from the UK and I had to pay an additional 20% on top of the price. On top of that, my emails were completely ignored — no response at all from the seller. Very unprofessional and misleading. I will never order from them again. Stay away!
