Cancelled my order with no explanation 3 days later if it was out of stock why not cancel it straight away??

​Today I am absolutely disgusted with the service at TK Maxx Basildon (Store 0418). Yesterday my 17yr old son bought school shoes using his bursary money. Within 15-minutes into his walk to school, they cut his ankles and left him with red raw skin. He couldn't walk any further.

​We returned them to the store with reciept within 24 hours, but the manager was patronising and refused a refund, hiding behind 'store policy' and saying they weren't fit for resale (they were, at most the sole could have been wet- wiped!) while completely ignoring the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding faulty goods that cause injury.

​I have filed a formal complaint with their European Head Office. We will not be silenced by staff regurgitating repeated stock-phrases when a product is unfit for purpose and harmful.

I had to advise this manager not to further disrespect me by telling me that she will continue repeating herself as I'm "clearly not understanding" - clearly an attempt to dominate me, which is a huge no-no in any customer service role.

We had a cashier called Evie and she was very helpful. We didn't have our wallet in hand, and she still gave us easy alternatives she was also patient with us very good employee would recommend TKMAXX UK in buttermarket! Due to recent experiences a lot of employees are whimsical, kind and helpful! GO CHECK IT OUT Ps. Quality is amazing 👏

13th April I Contacted Customer Support re undelivered parcel to a local store. Expected on 1st April. Marie from Customer Service was excellent ,spoke well very polite and helpful. She said she would contact the store and trace the item. Within 10 mins I received notification item was in store. Thank you Marie your call made the difference. I previously called Customer Service on that occasion I was impressed with the call handler who gave good advice. It's great to know that help is there from people who care. Thank you.

Purchased a shirt just over a month ago put it in the wardrobe took It out the other day and notuced a rip in it.Because of the patern it was something I didn't notice at the time.
Brought it back to the Dundee shop with the receipt and tags and they said the months out no refund n9 gift certuficate.I .I have never been treated so bad as a customer that I walked out and threw the shirt at the so called supervisor.I am never going back and have never been treated like that from a retail shop.Disgusting .

Wonderful customer service care and my problem was cleared up very easily and successfully by the customer service agent. Could not have wished for better service.

While waiting for my daughter in TJ Max Hammersmith London. I was very impressed with a young security guard Devante who kept Myself, another gentleman shopper and my other daughter entertained. We were all bored hanging around waiting. But Devante chatted to us all very politely and didn’t leave one of us out and also with one eye on a youngster waiting for his mum.
We all enjoyed the chat so I applaud this young man for his refreshing manner and understanding of different shopper’s experiences. This made my day.

I had an issuer with my order. The response was super quick and the communication clear and it was resolved within the day.

I love TKMaxx online and the shops. My view concerns a recent order that didn’t arrive on time. Daniel from the customer service team is a really nice helpful chap. He refunded my postage and gave me clear advice on how to get a refund if it still failed to arrive. The package did turn up eventually. Their customer service is very good as I’ve had previous issues with stuff being stolen by the delivery company and I got a full refund. Trusted brand with decent customer service a rare thing these days!!

That's the most helpful, friendly and charismatic customer service I've had in a very long time. James was brilliant , he put me at ease and it felt like I was chatting with one of my mates who's really good at sorting out problems. Well done to you, TK Maxx, for having UK-based customer service absolutely brilliant!

Shabnam conducted herself very professional, helpful, understanding, empathetic. She went above and beyond to resolve my query. Such staff are rare these days who genuinely want to help customer and provide them with the best experience possible. Show her some appreciation, because the line of this work is not easy.

I would like to say thank you, to a very helpful young lady called Amanda.. while visiting my TK Maxx store in Torquay,l purchased some liquid soap, upon paying at the counter,l realized the soap had leaked a little, and my hands were sticky.. lovely Amanda, gave me a tissue for my hands..so thank you, My dear,..

Love shopping online & instore Tk maxx. I find they have a lot of unique items. I've purchased inshore & online & have never had any problems. There deliveries is always as advised & the items always of good quality 👌
