Did not give a refund for the Enrique concert which was postponed by them. After initial contact they choose not to reply to emails.
I would stay well clear of this company.

I would give zero star if I could. Terrible customer service, do not reply for emails, did not make refund for Enrique concert. Change prices to free after customers have bought tickets already. Scammers. Rude and clueless staff. Very unprofessional - AVOID in Qatar & UAE!!!
