I'm impressed with the embroidery and how elegant it is.I ordered the brown because it seems that it's difficult to find. I prefer to wear brown because of my blonde hair and blue eyes.

Product is low quality and it was not the picture I uploaded. I emailed them about it, but the customer service is very bad. I wish I read the reviews earlier.

I ordered an embroidered sweater for my husband for Father's Day. The size was not true to size. It was too small. The site says "satisfaction guarantee", so I reached out to the company. The representative informed me that I would need to purchase a new sweater. Upon inquiring about their "satisfaction guarantee" promise, they never responded. I followed up with 3 emails with a few weeks in between and still haven't received a response.

I would stay away from this company given their misleading website statement and poor customer service.

Absolute scam. Said it’s free UK delivery but charged £8, said it’ll be no longer than 15 days but it took a month. Sweatshirts arrived really poor quality. Very thin material, stitching is poor quality. And the sizing is insane. I’m normally a men’s medium, I ordered a large for a relaxed fit, it’s arrived and it’s probably smaller than a men’s small. The sleeves only just reach past my elbows. It’s insane.

my order took extremely long and at first when tracking it was listed in english then in chinese!!! when it finally came it was not complete with what i ordered and paid for, only part of what i wanted to be written was done...very dissappointed and do not recommend to deal with this company

I regret not looking up the reviews before purchasing. Item is extremely low quality, low stitching quality and very long shipping time. I had high hopes for my order but left less then satisfied, I wish I could get my money back.

I ordered a hoodie for the brother with a picture of him and my late grandmother on the front. I payed 25 dollars for VIP shipping. It has been almost 30 days since the order was placed. Still not here. And according to the tracking information it won’t be here for awhile, that’s if it ever comes. I also requested the shipping address be changed prior to the sweat shirt being shipped and they never changed it. The address reverted back to the payment address. So it was 80 dollars down the drain. And when it comes i have to now ship it myself out to another state. Do not order from them. They do not respond at all and make excuses for ripping you off. And they will not refund you. They won’t allow reviews on their site for a reason. The only reason i fell for this scam was because they paid for ads on google making it the first option for embroider gifts.

PLEASE AVOID.
I mistakenly purchased a jumper from this company. After some research I realised my mistake and in less then 24 hours I asked for my order to be cancelled.
They ignored me, over the span of 3 weeks I contacted them, asked them 10 times to issue a refund and to NOT send me this order.
Obviously they don’t care once they’ve got your money, they sent the item and and unfortunately I was not home so the package was left in my bin shed, so I couldn’t refuse delivery / return to sender.
I haven’t opened it and got in touch with them. They are now only offering me a 30% refund….
DESPITE me asking them to cancel in plenty of time.
I also would like to add I paid extra for postage, to arrive sooner. It still took almost a month to arrive.
THESE guys are absolute con artists and pirates. AVOID!

I am extremely disappointed with this custom embroidered sweatshirt. The result looks nothing like the picture I sent. I have a stunning cat and this looks like a hamster/seal hybrid. I was supposed to gift it to my father but I was really embarrassed to gift it to him. We both hate it. I demand a full refund.

Bought from the website before valentines on the 5th, Still haven’t received my order. Ridiculously long wait to get this, may aswell wait to give it for next valentines

I didnt press check out but when i checked my bank they have taken 40 quid out, so i emailed them for a refund and got no response at all.

Edit: (Update) Definitely a drop shipping business please AVOID at all costs. Seller does not actually touch your order, the order gets sent to China where they manafacture it for cheap with cheap materials, expect to wait at least a month for your order.

Tried to contact the seller multiple times regarding a simple status of my order, however never heard back from them. Had to go directly to paypal to raise a case about this and is currently being resolved now.
