Went above and beyond.
My son ordered two Pokémon cards to be shipped to Aus, and after the order was submitted Titan cards contacted us saying unfortunately one of them was out of stock.
They refunded the card cost, and also included some extra cards as a “sorry” which my son absolutely loved, he was wrapped.
Really impressed with how they took the initiative to make it up to the customer, 10/10!!

Very poor experience so far
Very poor experience so far, ordered Friday night and paid over £10 for Royal Mail tracked24, no communication over weekend-fine some businesses are shut, chased up Monday told I’d receive tracking number by end of day, chased up again Tuesday to be given evri tracking number. Checked and still won’t turn up for a few more days meaning I cannot use this as a birthday present like intended and I’m out of pocket for super expensive postage. Not hopeful the condition will be any good when the cards arrive from experience I’ve had already. I’d like to add also that the responses via email from Tom the ‘Order Manager’ have come across very demeaning with absolutely 0 resolution. Wouldn’t advise shopping at titancards.co.Uk.

The cards were carefully packed with sleeve protection and delivered on time. The only problem is that the tracking number is not listed on the order review page. Would come back in the future!

International shipping was fantastic
International shipping was fantastic. All 5 cards were expensive promos and all came individually sleeved and in their own top loader. All Cards showed up in fantastic NM/M condition and the cards arrived 11 days after they shipped.
