This job is a real gem for those who enjoy chaos. There's a 50/50 shot that the vehicle you get actually works, but who cares when there's no real career growth anyway? Training is almost nonexistent, and for those who like a little danger, there's a 70% chance of a workplace injury. Paychecks are as unstable as the vehicles, and don’t expect reimbursement for anything—there’s virtually no chance of that. Insurance? Forget it—almost none. For those with a knack for taking advantage of people, especially older customers, this job is a field day. And the “drug test” is a joke, which just adds to the fun. Managers, all the way up the chain, are there to harass employees with no actual training in leadership. The best part? Employees get written up for mistakes made by the managers or the owner. The owner, who makes a claimed $300k-$400k, somehow can’t afford basic safety equipment, like $5 gloves, but no worries—there’s plenty of questionable behavior happening that could easily be considered a federal crime. What a ride!
