Ford was awesome and saved my day! I made a typo while searching for sizes and ordered tires that were the wrong size. He noticed it wasn't the standard size for my car and reached out before processing the order, then suggested better options and worked with me to find it a new set!

They had made a genuine offer to compensate me
They had made a genuine offer to compensate me for a few issues that had me unhappy when a Koni shock failed in two years time with low mileage and I was not informed properly about the Koni warranty since the CSR was only concerned with their warranty and not Koni"s ,and I had bought a pair a of brake pads that were mislabeled and useless to me while the warranty had run out since I bought them for personal inventory over two years ago ,so I bought another pair of Bilstein shocks with the $100 credit (should have been more buy that's ok )since I vowed never agin to buy Koni . All in all I have been using this firm for 20 years and despite being less than 100% happy I will continue to use them
