No sign of customer service

Tried to order from them but could not get the transaction to process. Contacted customer service by email on 2/25/2026 and received a message saying they will get back to me in 1-2 business days. It’s been just short of a month and no response.

I am beyond frustrated with Tiny…

I am beyond frustrated with Tiny Blessings and will never shop with them again. Both my baby’s necklace and earrings broke in under a year of having them. The stone on the earrings completely fell off, and the necklace chain was damaged as well. When I reached out to customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I should just purchase a new one. Absolutely ridiculous!

The quality of their products is terrible, and the customer service is even worse. Instead of offering a proper solution or repair, they just pushed me to buy more. It's clear they don't care about standing behind their products or taking responsibility for defective items.

I’m honestly relieved I didn’t spend more money with this company. I’ll be making sure my friends and family are aware of how poorly I was treated. You can expect to see my reviews across multiple platforms. Save your money and shop elsewhere – Tiny Blessings does not deserve your business.

Zero stars if I could give them that.

Anything but blessing

Anything but blessing. They made the item wrong, couldn’t even muster an apology and offered no reprieve now I’m sitting here with an incorrect bracelet with name for $150. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Don’t. They are not a blessing

Well, tried and retried to like them but have realized the jewelry is low quality, especially for babies. I regrettably convinced my daughter to purchase from them. The gold they use bends and mis shapes at the slightest touch. They don’t respond to issues and they are not inexpensive. Right now I’m still waiting to hear from them on two pairs of baby loop earrings that bent and won’t stay on after two weeks of my girls wearing them. One pair of round Pearl earrings, actually damaged our grand daughters ear lobe by slipping into it and getting stuck, stretching her opening where she may need stitches to have it corrected. But they’ll be hearing from someone else if this is needed.Sad, blessings should not be in their name.
