on god do not listen to the haters

on god do not listen to the haters, they didn't have my hotdog so they threw in freebies + subbed it for wings plus fries like okay I see you big man. the food came absolutely lush and honestly people are complaining about the prices but for central London halal American food it's the same cost as McDonald's I'm actually ecstatic flew to the review section

Ordered 4 burgers & 2 fries, not good

Ordered 4 burgers & 2 fries, had to wait an hour & 25 minutes until it was delivered, burgers were cold & congealed, fries cold & soggy, later in the night we all felt unwell with stomach pains.

Extremely overpriced.

Extremely overpriced.

Paying £10 for a tiny burger that's less filling and tastes barely better than a McDonald's burger that costs half as much is ridiculous.

Tinseltown Farringdon London

Had the worst experience here, took my friends to eat here on Sunday evening around 1am there was 10 of us and the service was absolutely awful. We waited 25 mins just to have our order taken and 1 hour 20 mins, just to get the food out on our table. After waiting a total of 2 hours we are the food but it was cold but when you’re tired and at 3am with little option you’re going to eat what’s there since everywhere else is closed. When speaking to a member of staff at the counter she swore under her breath saying fk off when we asked for a discount to be applied due to the rubbish service. Each table had 2/3 different groups of customers come and go but they prioritised them instead of us which doesn’t make sense seeing as the bill came to £150. The staff member at the till was extremely rude and when I had called the next day and spoke to the manager “Hajra” she apologised and asked to call back I still haven’t got a response. Now when I call the employees refuse to give their name over the phone. I will be taking this further the service was absolutely pathetic I’ve been to different Tinseltowns even the one in Birmingham star city which had WAY better service than this DO. NOT. GO. Here unless you want the worst experience of your life simple as.

Crikey! What a place!

Been going to Tinseltown Farringdon for years! Absolutely love it there!
Saw a branch while passing Ilford, Gants Hill
As we're massive fans of the other branch, the four of us thought we'd pop in for a late night dessert!
Place was a ghost town, far from how vibrant Farringdon usually is on a Saturday night.

We were greeted by a young waitress, who showed us to our seats. As we placed our order, as a common courtesy I just asked her how she was and if she'd had a long day, given it was nearly midnight, but we were flabbergasted by her response which came as "that is my private business, ok?!"
Wow!
Granted she is of eastern European descent and probably isn't accustomed to the British niceties, but i would think that is considered rude in any culture!
Well needless to say, none of us wish to be served food by anyone with that sort of attitude!
So the four of us just got up and walked away!
We crossed the road to another similar establishment, similar by menu but miles ahead in service.

I guess in hindsight i can understand why this Tinseltown branch was so empty.
With "charming" staff like that i can't imagine having many returning customers.
