I want to leave 5 stars for this…

I want to leave 5 stars for this company based on my 4 times purchases. Previously, I ordered Chinese books from Bookseed until it disappeared and Google find Timesbook. It's books resources are limited and not with most updated books. But its a reliable Chinese guy running this business. Compared with other ways, or 86mall cheating website, it's very trustable. Do not expect receiving books too quick because some of them should be delivered from China to NJ. Anyhow, ordering Chinese books for me is not urgent.

I wrote this review is try to help small business, especially for Chinese book selling in USA.

BTW, after you click 'place the order', it always shows not successful, but actually it is successful until you contact him or he contact you. He needs an IT support. :)

It still runs with Chinese government mentality and practices

I ordered books for teaching Chinese conversation in college and for my child. I paid extra to speed up delivery. After 10 days, I sent in email for inquiry of delivery, no answer! huh?!
When I called next day, a lady answered the same way as previous review described. I told her, if I hear this in China, I would not be surprised, but here in US, please do your duty to serve the customer. Please send it to make sure I receive them next day.
She sent in tracking info after hanging up with me, as I got tracking number in email. I will see when I receive them, and report back.
...
BTW, I checked USPS, they actually sent USPS next day afternoon and using cheapest shipping instead of next day. Expected delivery Nov. 10. That means from ordering on Oct. 22 to deliver on Nov. 10. You do the math.
Do they care their promise? you bet!

terrible customer service

After waiting for over three weeks and my order was a no show, I used the tracking number to track then found out that the order was sitting in one of the USPS sort facilities in CA. (By the way, I am on the east coast.) So I called the customer service. Ms Zhou, who answered my call basically told me that they sent the order out. If I did not get it, it was between me and USPS! She did not even want to check where she sent the package after I requested. Then I gave it up, I told her that I will wait for another week, if I did not get my package after that I would ask for a refund. She said again, she could not do anything and she could not refund me, and it was between me and USPS. In the mean time, she tried to give a lecture about how to shop on line!

I definitely will not shop there again.
