Just be cautious.

I hate writing bad reviews but this feels like a shady business. I booked an appointment, drove to Beverly Hills and paid for parking. I arrived early and sent a text. I started calling the number on the site a few minutes after my appointment time, and called a few times for about 20 minutes before I finally got a text saying my appointment was cancelled and that I should have gotten a text saying the injector had an emergency last minute. I did not get a text ever, or else I wouldn’t have driven or called, and the screenshot I was sent did not show time or date. I tried to go with the flow and get rescheduled (as the person I was talking to was was someone different from the injector according to the texts), and it took them hours to get back to me and over 24 hours to actually get a new appointment time. I couldn’t reach them easily at all and I would’ve cancelled but I had paid a deposit. I show up the day of hoping for the best, but until I got the form there was no clear indicator that these are needless fillers, which her pricing is more in line with needle fillers so I assumed it was with needle, my bad for not asking but it could’ve been more clear. Appointment goes fine until payment. I had paid $75 in deposit that was supposed to apply to my total, which was supposed to be $300 because I got the “model pricing.” I pay $300 cash and ask for $20 back only to leave her a $55 tip, because even if I wasn’t that happy I still tried to be nice and tip. A day passes and I hadn’t gotten my change Zelle’d to me like we agreed, so I send a text explaining that I wasn’t that happy and at least want my change back. To this day no answer. I didn’t even see hardly anything of an improvement in my lips to justify the lack of communication, so I’d go somewhere else next time. Wish I had gotten a reply to resolve this one on one privately but seeing as that didn’t work, hopefully other clients haven’t had/don’t have the same experience.
