We found the people at head office VERY helpful when we needed help.
They had good knowledge of the product.
We like the bed.
When we assembled the bed there was a problem with one of the screw holes. There was some solid debris which had to be drilled out.

The two man Team who delivered the base could not have been more helpful, cheerful and polite. The mattress was delivered before time and put in the allocated room. Highly recommend Time 4 Sleep for a new bed.

Very quick to respond and rectify any issues
A mark on the headboad from damaged packaging. The courier was not very reliable after arranging the delivery the day before we received it. Claire (Senior Customer Service Advisor) liaised and fed back to the delivery company and quickly rectified the situation for us. Thank you.

Flat pack bed it most certainly was ... lot of work to put together instructions ok not great and delivery was not very good bed was delivered and they forgot to unload mattress so wasn't delivered then it came 3 days later damaged ...

We visited the showroom in Elland and got help from your sales team. The bed came in less than a week delivered on time and direct into our bedroom. The bed itself was good quality and quite easy to errect.

The customer service is exceptional and I’m absolutely impressed in how swiftly my queries was dealt with. They really go the extra mile to ensure you are happy with your order or advise you when you are not exactly a ‘Bob the builder’ I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase additional home items with them in the future.

After waiting 5 weeks for delivery once the bed pieces were unwrapped from their box’s all of them had marks or dirt on them.
After customer services got in touch they sorted out my issue straight away, offered a full replacement or a discount. This matter has been sorted, excellent customer service and prompt action

Everything was fine except in my…
Everything was fine except in my opinion the bed should have had rubber pads for where the ottoman frame comes down to. No problem with delivery, on time.
